The service advisor Jim Carey is AMAZING and super helpful. His expertise and customer care are top notch. I will be a Subaru owner forever because of his kind and helpful customer service. This is a great place and the service is quick. They take care of their customers and show genuine concern over their issues. Iād take any car here that I own and know it would be in good hands.

Douglass Subaru of Waco, TX has met & exceeded every expectation I have ever had in regards to a dealership experience! My only regret is not buying either of my subaru vehicles there.(I didn't know there was a waco subaru dealership) however, we have had every service appointment with Douglass Subaru of waco and every time I or my wife come in we are treated as family. No strings attached, honesty and transparency are at the forefront of their operations. Connie & George have been an absolute pleasure to deal with every time we come in for service. I recommend Douglass Subaru to EVERYONE! Keep up the amazing customer service!!!

This was the 6 month 6,000 mile check up. I made the appointment online, which was easy. I waited for my vehicle to get serviced, and the wait was short... I'm very impressed with their service dept... so far, I love my subaru and all the people who make my experience a pleasant one.

Very professional. Fast service. Sent me a video of my car inspection and talked me through everything needed. Worked with my warranty and didn't try to sell up anything. Very impressive.

Subaru is the best dealer I have ever purchased from. They are the epitome of professional, polite, accommodating, and sell, undoubtedly the BEST and SAFEST vehicles on the road. I have known Brent, the salesman from whom I purchased my Outback, for decades, and he is "tried and true" for straight forward info and honesty.

Their new waiting area in their new facilities is awesome - USB ports, outlets for charging, wireless network, snacks, and coffee. I deducted a star because I attempted to have Starlink upgraded acc. to recall notice, but they said I needed "a part."

This service manager was Yelling and disrespectful and trying to kick me out the shop Because I didn't have a mask The employees with no mask the general manager had no mask I seen him Just because I asked for paperwork because they overfield my oil and my water cooling was low The manager did not want to put it on paper because still had warranty I left the shop today 2nd time On oil change They left my car half quarter oil low and put the wrong coolant in my car The general manager said to bring the car back Monday so they can Flash my fluids
