I took my 2014 Infinity Q60 to this repair shop that I found online and I must admit I was very reluctant on going because I always go to the dealership for all repairs but I am so glad that i took the chance to give them a chance Logan was my advisor he was very polite and professional he kept me in the loop with everything his prices were fair and reasonable and I will admit that he has gained a new customer and I will for sure spread the word. thanks Logan

Used to be shop manager there. The store is nice. The manager Earnest , is a navy veteran and the best technician is Jordan. The company got bought out, so I can't say I have experience with that, but this place can be trusted to be honest and work on your car.

Insanely good service! The person who helped me, Logan, was very respectful and super nice! Told me exactly what was wrong with my car and what to do to fix it with no riff-raff or anything!

These guys are amazing. I rented a uhaul trailer to drive some things from a storage shed halfway across the country. When I got to the storage place next door, my rear truck tire had a huge screw sticking out and was hissing away. I rolled the tire next door and they could not have been more kind and courteous. Quick, helpful and polite, these are some good and honest people. Thank you so much for helping me on my travels. Best to this shop and these folks.

On my drive from Tennessee to California my a/c needed to be recharged. Downtown garage tire & auto did a very professional job in checking the a/c for leaks and recharging the a/c. The staff were very professional and the office building and garage were very clean. A true sign of a well managed and maintained business. I have been here a couple times. Overall good experiences. I usually end up spending more than I want to, which is typical for all car repairs. However, every time they are always willing to help find the affordable option to keep your car running. Staff is great.

Logan was very helpful in changing my car light. I was also able to get a state inspection as well at a reasonable price at the same place, so I have no complaints.

Bad Customer Service. I brought my Subaru in for an A/C issue, and when I got my vehicle back my headlights were not working anymore (they were working just fine when I brought them in). I called and spoke to Jeremy to ask if the mechanic could have done something that could have caused this, for example touch the fuse box under the hood, during their trouble shooting efforts. Jeremy then proceeded to talk down to me and tell me there was no way the two were connected. I wasn't looking to push blame on anyone, just trying to figure out what happened.

Be careful! I've been to this place before and they did a good job for a fair price. But something changed. I took my car in to get a new door handle because my old one, which was chrome, fell off. They told me they couldn't find the same kind and said I had to buy a black one for $477. That's a lot of money for a handle that doesn't match my car, so I said no thanks. When I went to pick up my car, they made me pay $168 for looking at my door handle. That's ridiculous – I am avoiding this place like the plague in the future. You should do the same.

Was recommended to come here by another body shop and I was existing to get serviced because I had heard such great things only to pull up and see that they had closed 30 minutes early! Like completely shut down for the day, there was no one available to ask questions or anything. This is unacceptable smh

I called ahead to see if it would be a good time to come by to get my vehicle inspected. They were able to accommodate me, and they were able to finish the work within 30 minutes. They were friendly, efficient, and professional.

Was running late. They got me right in. Replaced a valve cover gasket and timing belt. Couldn't repair the leaking tire that was damaged on the way to the shop but they put the spare on for me. Total cost for this job was less than the dealership. Only wish they used seat covers. The new shop manager was especially helpful through the visit but I believe he got into the car with greasy dirt on his uniform and the seat is now dirty. Otherwise a good visit.

Came to Downtown Garage after the dealership said I needed new front brakes with only 27k miles on my car. Tim was very friendly, gave my car a look & turns out everything looks good. I’ll definitely be coming here when I do need new brakes or for any other car issues because of their honesty & customer service. Thank you!

Earnest was great to work with. Very Honest, Trustworthy, & Straight-Forward with Fair Prices Service had some minor problems, but Earnest made sure that they were taken care of. I brought my Camaro SS in for A/C repair and ended up needing to pull the dash replace most of the A/C system and service was done quickly.

Highest marks for integrity, competence, and thoroughness. I brought my car in for a brake replacement, oil change, and check engine light. Ernest diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I'll never go anywhere else for car repair.

I take the company van there for repairs, inspections and oil changes. They do great work and are very thorough. They have always got things done in a reasonable amount of time.

In for state vehicle inspection and wiper replacement. Dropped the car off, walked down to Target for some quick grocery shopping, car was waiting for me when I got back. Friendly, quick. Call ahead and they’ll tell you the best time to come in for your particular auto maintenance needs.

You know what they say. quality over quantity. small shops provide the detail oriented services that big shops tend to overlook. if you're in the area this shop is very convenient. as you could stroll into target while waiting on your vehicle to get serviced. Support small business as we all know big corporations are taking over. Earnest is a straight forward guy!
