Highly recommend this place for all tire needs! Everyone I’ve spoken to, and I mean everyone, was super knowledgeable and helpful. Nour helped me over the phone to order tires, was very friendly at the car line, and took care of my car and paperwork! I didn’t come across anyone who wasn’t friendly. It gets very packed in the morning, and not one customer complained. There’s places to sit and lounge. There’s also free WiFi when you need to work, like myself. Thank you for the exceptional customer service and friendly atmosphere . Highly recommend

Amazing experience. Nour was very thorough and quick with my oil change! I had a pint left of transmission fluid and he replenished it for zero cost of labor! Fair pricing and no wait or peer pressure for other services! I highly recommend downtown tire!

$100 DIAGNOSTIC FEE/GET A SECOND OPINION I took my car there a few days ago because it was shaking and it moved to the right. I assumed it needed realignment. They took the car to look at it, told me I needed basically a whole front end, tires, and control arms and told me it would cost $3000! When I said I needed to talk to my husband, they told me it would cost $100 for “diagnostics”—a fee they didn't tell me about before they looked at it. They even told me: don’t worry you can always take a loan out to pay for it. (Which is a financial trap for people.) I took it to a second mechanic because I don’t have $3,000. Not only did they not charge me to look at it, I just needed a bolt tightened and rebalancing. I did need new tires. Total $800. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I appreciate not being sold a bunch of things for my car when I come here and instead they quickly and efficiently fix or do what I need to my car, and it’s affordable! Great customer service. 😊

exactly the type of mechanic you want to stay away from. 1. his price is triple the average price. 2. he is not knowledgeable, 3. and he’s the type of mechanic that plays games. to give you an example: my friend took the car to him because his starter is bad, we knew it’s the starter, we told the mechanic, he said no it’s the spark plugs, we believed him, then he charged my friend 700$ for the spark plugs and the coils ( triple the price) the car still had the same issue. eventually we had to change the starter to fix the issue. same happened with me I took my truck to him, because of a starter problem, he told me just get the truck towed to me and ill take care of it, for him to call me later to tell me that it will cost 850$ for him to change the starter. he thought I have no choice since I got the car towed to him ( playing games). i told him I I will take the truck to another mechanic . he said okay then I will charge you 150$ for diagnostics ( more than the dealership diagnostics fees). the. I took the car to another mechanic and he fixed the whole issue for 390$ total ( instead of 800$). don’t make our mistake, don’t use this mechanic

Wonderful folks! Super helpful, and always looking after customers . They offered a good friend free assistance waiting for a tow, even though there was no money in it for them. Highly recommend!
