5 other shops in town couldn’t fix my truck. These guys took the time to do real in depth diagnostics to find the root of the problem. Plenty of communication describing what’s been done and what the next steps are all along the way. This will be the only place we take our vehicles from now on.

I first was introduced to D&R through Discount Tire, as DT had ruined a lug and I couldn't change my brakes. When I took it to D&R I asked if they could swap the brake pads on that side while they were replacing the lug, they did so without charge. Then, I sent my daughter there to get some work on her conveyance, they estimated $650, the final bill was $500. I've never had a mechanic charge less than the estimate, NEVER.

There's not enough stars to give a correct review! If you want integrity, quality, professionalism, communication, and financial security, look no further! Corey and Logan answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the price before we moved forward. They didn't low-ball me or give me a run around. Definitely will use again. ♾️/10, I will be using again.

Had to take the vehicle back immediately because the work was not done properly. Was without it several days while they fixed the problem. They still didn't do all the requested work. That said, I'll probably use them again in the future. At least they're polite, try to do good work, and are willing to own it if they make a mistake. That's better service than most of their competitors in the area.

Truck running rough, wanted too much for plugs and wires. Had just put new plugs and wires on a week earlier. personal was friendly. Waited 2 hours for diagnosis

Can't say enough good things about the crew at D&R Automotive! Took my vehicle in for a problem that the dealer had worked with many times an never could find the problem after charging my extending warranty coverage for trial and error attempts. Dropped it off at 9 am and had someone pick me up assuming it would take them all day to find and fix the problem. Within an hour they called me and said it was fixed!!! Best service from an auto service shop in many many years. Logan and the crew are great!! Highly recommend!

Logan was awesome! She told me "best case scenario" end of the day. My van was done 4 hours later (TWO HOURS BEFORE END OF THE DAY)!!! That was an amazing phone call telling me it was ready early! Highly recommend them, and tell Logan thank you for me every time you visit.

Great repair shop. I got my brakes worked on there a few months ago and just got my air conditioner serviced today. They did a great job at a very reasonable price both times. As someone who commutes to Jonesboro for work, I really appreciate that they're able to get my car taken care of on the same day I drop it off.

This place is amazing! It is the best mechanic shop I’ve ever been to. I’ve taken 4 of my vehicles to them over the past year. They are always honest about what needs to be fixed and they do it right the first time. I highly recommend them.
