STAY FAR AWAY I BROUGHT MY OWN PART TO GET REPLACED ON VEHICLE WHICH WAS CATALYTIC CONVERTER NEXT DAY SAME LIGHT CAME ON MY CAR, BUT THEY SAY THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME DIAGNOSTIC TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS AFTER I TOLD THEM I DID A THROUGH DIAGNOSTIC THEY FULLA SHYT NOW I CALL THEM TO LOOK AT VEHICLE THE NASTY WAYS WIFE WHO IS A BYTCH GONE TELL ME SHE DONT HAVE ANY OPENINGS NONE THIS WEEK TO LOOK AT VEHICLE WHAT I TRULY FEEL THEY AZZ NEVER CHANGE THAT CONVERTER AND KEPT MY ORIGINAL PART SINCE THESE DAYS PEOPLE STEALING THE SHYT OFF YOUR VEHICLE PLUS THEY WORTH ALOT ,BUT YALL AZZ LOST A CUSTOMER IF YOU WANT HONEST QUALITY WORK U CAN BRING YOUR VEHICLE OVER TO K & H AUTOMOTIVES 2358 COLLEGE DRIVE HONEST WORKERS PLUS U CAN BRING UR OWN PART THEY CHARGE U THE LABOR COST TO DO YOUR VEHICLE

I have been taking all of my vehicles to Dr Muffler on Staring Lane for almost 25 years now and Mike has ALWAYS helped me and got the job done. If he Can’t fix it he’ll tell you but if he can, he willl. If you need an honest and dependable mechanic I recommend you try Dr Muffler

Awesome place! Does not overcharge and works with you on replacement parts. I came in for collision repair (right suspension, axle and subframe replacement), the service was quick and the people are very nice.

Easily the best decision that I've made in awhile. They took care of my electrical problem and Ive been rolling ever since.

I would not recommend this place. I've been here twice, and each time I left with more issues than I started with. When I called to report a problem shortly after picking up my vehicle, the lady on the phone was unhelpful and said it would take a long time to fix. Their communication is poor, and it's very difficult to reach them by phone.

Came by to get new exhaust tips on, everyone was really helpful and owner tried his best to get my car on the lift even though my car was really low and they got my exhaust done perfectly and the way I wanted! 5 stars and I will definitely be back again. They have made a customer for life!

Last time!!! Make sure you keep your receipts for your records because they don't keep any records of you bringing your car to them for service. Also be best if you purchase your own parts because you want have a warranty under your name it would be in Dr. Mufflers name and you wouldn't have the warranty they will. Making you pay for the service all over again on warranty parts. Last time dealing with them. I need a mechanic shop who will keep records of their work on a computer.

Service is great, people are really nice. I asked them to put the Oil pan on my Audi every one else in the town said that can’t be done with us..but they did it with no excuses like all the other. I honestly recommend them to all. Prices are less comparable to the market. Perfect example of don’t judge a book by its cover. Honest people.

I’ve been taking my cars to them for something like 20 years. I’ve found them to be completely honest and never felt they’ve pressured me to fix things that don’t need fixing.

They like money and cutting corners; emptying your wallet and then returning your car with temporary fixes to issues that resurface quickly. Maybe they've done good work for some. If you’re loyal to this shop, I do not discourage you from continuing your business with them. However, if this is your first time looking for a mechanic, please take your vehicle elsewhere.

They fix the issue correctly and when they tell you when it will be ready. Believe them.

Their work quality is terrible. I had a simple part to put on and it took them forever to change a simple belt. A week later my car started making all kinds of noise. These guys are amateurs at best shady at worst. You get what you pay for with them. They give you low estimates but if you keep coming back you are spending a fortune. Avoid this place.
