Great service today! I have been to multiple Auto Care shops in the Alliance/North Fort Worth area and have never been impressed by the service I received. Today, I was greeted with kindness; work was started and finished promptly; and there were recommendations for my vehicle but no pressure to spend extra money. Driver’s Edge on Basswood has earned my business!

Everytime I have gone to Driver's Edge the staff has always been so nice. The best thing is they are so informative and knowledgeable about what to consider in keeping your vehicle in the best condition. They are not high pressure but they want to keep you well informed.

5 stars always! Best service ever! Went in with an oil change and ended up finding a leak in my coolant line! Thankful it was a little fixed before it got too cold, or that would have been major fix! Appreciate their work ethic and always taking care of the customer!

Excellent service ! I had an excellent experience at this service center. The 45-minute wait time for a synthetic oil change is reasonable, and the location is convenient. The price is standard rate for oil change. Additionally, they offer coupons for returning customers and a variety of services ($15 discount for oil change) all listed on their website. This is my fifth or sixth visit. During this visit, they performed a 55 point inspection, and all items were in good condition (green) for my car. This service center is a great option for those who can't find time to visit a dealership. The work is handled by certified technicians and mechanics, and they are available on Saturdays. My go to shop for all things needed for our cars. Dustin is the best GM this company has. He takes the time to cover everything without making you feel belittled (unlike the previous GM). Shop is always clean and all staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Had several tires replaced on our BMW and they are able to get them delivered promptly and get us back on the road. Dustin and his team have turned this shop around completely from when it opened.

They were very honest and transparent in every step of the way. I had bought an incorrect sideview mirror for my vehicle. They made sure to call and inform about it before doing the replacement. They meticulously checked my vehicle, backed up everything with pictures, and came up with possible solutions. Really nice and professional place.

Had some problems with my rack and pinion assembly and these guys got me taken care of. Dustin the manager is an awesome guy who really cares about the customers. Will definitely be coming back for other services. Been to other shops and gotten bad customer service but this place is great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND M!!! Edit: Have kept going back to This shop and will continue to do so can’t say enough good things about this place

My wife and I had an incredible experience at Driver’s Edge. Mike Schwartz was very welcoming, personable and trustworthy. He was very honest in what services we need and didn’t need. One thing that makes them stand out is they send you a diagnostic of your vehicle, along with pictures of anything they recommend service on.

The first time in a long time I was comfortable at a repair shop and trusted their diagnosis and pricing. I did have to come out of pocket for repairs but felt great driving away from the overall experience. Customer service was great and they warranty their work. This will be my service shop of choice going forward.
