My car needed a new alternator, and this shop was able to get the process going while my car was being towed. The staff was extremely friendly, and talked me through the process as updates came available. I would 100% recommend this shop

Drivers edge helped me with a more complex issue with my 20+ year car and did so at a pretty reasonable cost. I'm grateful to the mechanics and to Aaron for their thorough work and kind , respectful attitude. Drivers edge may be a chain garage but they treat you as if this is a small hometown garage who remember your name and treat you like family.

I highly recommend this place! I came for an inspection but they also notified me of other services that my vehicle needs and why it’s important. The staff is very helpful and informative! The vehicle reports are very convenient as well. I will definitely be back.

The tech Nathan was absolutely amazing he got me in and out was not pushy for sales but informed me on more that was needed to be fixed on my truck and the tech Justin who did my inspection to good care of my truck making sure he was clean before getting in my vehicle

I took my car to Driver's Edge to have the air conditioner checked, but instead, they performed an oil change without my authorization. After driving my car home, it became undrivable. I had to send it to another mechanic in Saginaw, who informed me that Driver's Edge had severely damaged my engine during the oil change. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Their negligence and lack of communication have caused me a significant amount of stress and costly repairs. Avoid this place at all costs!

I went to this convenient location for a car inspection prior to renewing my license plate, and have nothing but very favorable comments to support my visit. Everything about my visit was very positive--quick but attentive, reasonably priced and professionally courteous and handy from my residence. Will definitely return.

Supper supper helpful. They quickly found the problem and let me know it was work that I recently had done at another shop. The advised me to call and see if it under warranty instead of trying to just sell me on the work. Long sorry short they saved me a lot of money and hassle. They were also upfront about the prices and very prompt. Update. They again did great work fixing my van ac and had it back to me ready to go in two days!! Great service!

The service I received was excellent. They worked with my warranty company and me to ensure my vehicle was repaired in an affordable manner. They made me, as a customer, that it was important that I was satisfied. If you have a vehicle that needs to be repaired. I highly recommend Drivers Edge Auto Repair. The service is great here! I had my oil changed, tire rotated, cabin filter changed and fuel injection service done. The customer service is great. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
