Duane's Body and Paint delivered exceptional service. I accompanied my mother to have her vehicle repaired. The customer service was impressive. They did a fantastic job, restoring the vehicle to pristine condition. Additionally, they thoroughly cleaned the interior, leaving it spotless. My mother was thrilled.

Everything was fine until it wasnt. Document EVERYTHING before taking your car to them because they WILL try and cheat you. I met with Zach as my estimator; wouldn't really recommend working with him. He makes implications that customers are liars, trying to get over on their shop. I was in a wreck, for which I was deemed not at fault. I was hit on my front right side (near my coolant reservoir). The morning after the accident, I found a puddle of my coolant on the ground, underneath my car, on the impacted side of the car. Prior to this, I had a set repair date with DBP of 6/18. However, after my observation, I immediately called my insurance adjuster and let her know this car was unsafe to drive & why. She agreed, and helped with the arrangements for early pickup with my rental. After picking up my vehicle today, while the inside & out were wonderfully cleaned, my A/C would not cool down. My reservoir is slightly over half full ... my A/C was fine & now it's not. So I spoke to Zach and he tells me "what's impossible" and that my malfunctioning A/C is not due to the accident. Then he says it's up to the insurance company to decide and from there they add it on the ticket, but more than likely the answer is no... So of course I speak to my insurance & let them know and she tells me that she and DBP are in cahoots together and she will take his word over mine, EVEN THOUGH she already documented and acknowledged my safety concern. So not only can you not trust CSAA Insurance Group via AAA, but you cannot trust Duane's Body & Paint either. They do not value their customers or remain mindful of their experiences with their auto accidents. I went in with A/C, came out with hot air. I don't want money or anything else. I just want A/C for this 100+ degree weather for my daughter and I.

I've taken three Tacomas to Duane's for accident insurance covered repairs over the last 25 years. Honest, upfront, timely, quality work every time. For truck #3 I asked Hector about fixing an unrelated(non-insurance) crease 5" x 1/2" deep in the top half of the right front fender behind the wheel well. He gave me a reasonable price but I didn't pull the trigger. 4 days later when I picked up the vehicle I noticed they had popped out the crease such that the fender was 85% better than it was, unnoticable at first glance. You will not be disappointed. 6 Stars!!

This shop was on a list from my insurance company. The did an excellent job. Superior customer service and how embarrassing that they gave me my car back cleaner than when I left it 😂😂

Professional and very kind. I went through the other party's insurance, but Duane's still made sure that I was kept up to date on repairs and adjustments to the estimate. They coordinated with enterprise for getting my rental and were even finish ahead of schedule! Full disclosure, my car was a mess, lots of long hours of travel with a child every weekend... it was a mess and the guys detailed the interior. Embarrassed but greatful. Definitely would recommend Duane's for any body work. Thank you!!

We had two cars that needed body work on the same day (accident for car # 1, water damage for car #2). They helped us work through the complicated dynamics involved when all your family's transportation goes askew. The woman who worked up front was so hard working and got so much done. Hector helped us diagnose and fix problems with our subaru that occurred while it was at the shop at no cost to us (rear air suspension kit stopped working so back door would not stay open without manual assistance). We were so happy with our experience during a really stressful time and would happily recommend them to family or friends. Thank you all so much!

I've had to take my vehicle in 3 different times, and the staff are great. Their body work on my vehicle has been impeccable. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Clay and the entire staff was amazing when I took my car in to get fixed. Clay performed a thorough estimate and explained everything to me in detail. Clay is extremely professional and his customer service was incredible. The repairs to my car turned out great and the turn around time was less than a week. The system they have to view updates on your car was so easy to use and allowed me to follow along with the progress. The entire staff at Duane's was also incredible. Everyone was so accommodating and thorough. The shop itself is clean and welcoming. The front desk attendant was also very kind and professional. They earned a customer for life with this experience and I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get their car fixed!

I chose this place since it was in my insurance’s network. I wasn’t sure at first since it didn’t have top ratings. I previously took my cars to Kniesel’s but I wish I had known about this place sooner because I would have come here every time instead. My car had damage on and around the right front quarter panel from an accident and the whole right side looks amazing!!! My car now has a “good side” for photos. 😅😂🤣😆🥹 I am so satisfied with the work done to my car. My representative was Zach who didn’t seem to be much of a people person over the phone or in person. Alex checked me out and he was very kind and more open to interaction. There was constant interaction via phone from the moment I scheduled an estimate. Contact to confirm any drop off and or pick up dates and times. They also use a system called CarWise so you can stay updated with costs and know where in the process your car is regarding service. The front lady is very friendly and accommodating. They work with the Enterprise located on Broadway to switching to or front a rental is seamless. I was able to drop my car off at Duane’s, pick up the rental from there, drop the rental back off at Duane’s and get my car back. Such an easy process for what can be a stressful event. Not only was the outside shining, the inside had been cleaned also which I appreciate because I didn’t have time to do so before I dropped it off! I frequent the car wash multiple times a week and clean inside and out of my car, so for them to do that upon return was a great surprise! I’m sad to know I can’t go through the car wash for 30 days while my car “heals” but it’s worth it considering the past work I’ve gotten done elsewhere! Super grateful for their time, patience, and great work! I would recommend Duane’s if you don’t know where to get your car repaired!

Hello! After speaking to personnel at DPB, overall satisfaction with amenities and customer service is 10. I was 100% happy with all the services from the moment I drop off my car to the moment that it was ready for pickup. They keep up to date with the process via te t and phone calls, great customer service and detailed information about the process. Thank you all at DPB for providing excellent work and amazing customer service.

If I can give them more stars I would. This is my first time writing a review but they deserve it. I’m not sure why I see a few 1 star reviews. Their service is top notch and super responsive. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by this really sweet lady in the front and she kept me company whilst waiting. Every time I had a question joe had an answer. They took care of me and my vehicle really well. The whole staff was super friendly and positive whilst they kept my car. Joe did a great job keeping in touch with me and they are very professional. It also seems like they got a really positive and fun work environment which I really like. Overall a phenomenal place and I highly recommend due to their great quality. Give that man joe, the technicians and the lady in the front a raise x2!

Talk about service with a smile 😁 We had our company truck fixed by Duane’s auto body team back in 2019 and over the years we had paint issue with the truck. Went to see the guys there and Hector took good care of us from the time we walked in all the way to driving out. They went above the repairs needed to be done. Fixed a dent that was not their doing and completely repainted what was painted before. To Hector and Duane’s auto body team, my hat goes off to you for standing behind your work and outstanding attention to detail. Highly recommended to anybody needing repairs done right.

The staff here was great. Had to come in after an accident and they helped not only with the repair, but with the car rental, and worked with my insurance to make sure everything was done properly. Kept me informed the whole time and got the car done two days earlier than expected. All of that and they did excellent work leaving my car looking better than it has since I drove off the dealer lot.

They really helped me with what I thought was going to be an expensive repair they honestly told me it was a simple fix, put my car on the lift and repaired my bumper free of charge! Next time I legitimately have something to address they'll have my business hands down! Appreciate their honesty and quick work!

Duane's Body and Paint, Inc did a really great job repairing my car. They replaced the catalytic converter that had been stolen from my car. They have great communication and service skills at a reasonable price, they go an extra mile to provide the service you need and want. Professional and friendly staff members that are exceptionally great at doing their job.

Duane's did an AMAZING job with my car. They returned it in beautiful condition even better than before I had the incident that needed fixing. I just moved to Sacramento so I didn't know where to take my car. My car got hit at school, but im glad that I took it to Duane's. I hope that I don't need to take my car there anytime soon, but if my luck gets pushed then I will definitely be back. 10/10 recommend! They have great customer service too, so the entire process was handled very smoothly.

Highly recommended to have your car repaired at Duane's. My sister had her car repaired there and was very satisfied with their work. Unfortunately I was hit from behind today and now I'm going to have my car repair there. I'll let you know how it comes out.

This is the best body shop I have ever been to. They work with all insurance companies, offer water and coffee for customers. They have a text alert system that shows you the progress of your vehicle and current estimate costs. They call you to give you updates as well. You can have a rental car be delivered there, get a ride to a rental car company and drop off your rental car there. They are all very friendly and care about each customer. Will definitely pick them again if needed. Car looks brand new, better then it did before.
