The easiest 5 star review to leave.. greatly appreciate their stewardship & follow-up after my repair was complete on my 2020 Defender to make sure things were working well. Hopefully I'll never have to have an auto repair again but if I do, at least I know exactly where to go with my Land Rover..

Duffys has the most professional group of people for Range Rover products and service in this area. They have seen it all and have the mechanics capable of repairing your Rover. We have been going to them for more than 5 years and appreciate that they don't overcharge.

Duffy’s garage has the best customer service experience from setting the appointment, to drop off and pick up. I have taken my Range Rover supercharge to them for years. Every issue I’ve had was addressed and completed in a timely manner. Brad always give me a call to communicate what the issues are and advise me or my husband on what is needed and what he recommends. As long as I own my RR Duffy’s will be my go to mechanic.

I bought my LR5 new in 2018 and always have it serviced at the B’ham dealership. Frustrated about how far out I had to be scheduled for a diagnostic because my Discovery was making a strange metallic rattle noise (the LR tech had no idea what I was describing over the phone was) I decided to call Duffy’s (google search). When I called, the tech who answered the phone knew exactly what I was describing and scheduled me to come in that same week. Once I was there, I waited in the cool customer/employee area for less than an hour while they repaired my vehicle. I also asked them to check my front brakes and rotors for an estimate as I had been told the month prior while having my rear brakes and rotors replaced at Mavis (Pelham) that I needed them replaced asap but Mavis needed to order the OEM rotors. The tech at Duffy’s said they had plenty of life left on them and that I didn’t need to replace them, he said he would look at them again when I came in for my next maintenance service. The charged me a very reasonable fee, we’re honest and informative on what scheduled service my vehicle would need and when and gave me the price for the service… also very reasonable. I’ve found my forever LR maintenance/repair shop, thanks guys!

I was referred to Duffys by Range Rover Birmingham. I called and was told that I needed an appointment. Made the appointment waited 2 days and called and checked the progress...no progress. The guy processed to tell me they don't work on RR over 150k..especially if they haven't done prior work. Then I explained to him that I travel for work and took off to have this work done...because I work on the road. Another week passes haven't heard from them..I then call and he tells me they don't feel comfortable working on my truck. Smh...tf? Totally wasted my time and I lost money.

I was referred to them by the Land Range Rover dealership after they told me that they can’t work on my vehicle because it was a 2011 they only work on 2016 vehicles and newer. Called Duffy and they explained to me if my vehicle has more than 150,000 and they haven’t been servicing your vehicle they do not work on them and the young lady laughed and told me good luck on finding someone to work on my vehicle in the Birmingham area. I was disappointed in both places and still trying to find a mechanic that can work on my 2011 Range Rover.

I will only be taking my car here from now on. Had previously used the dealership and another local garage, but those options aren't even in the same ball park. Half the price of the dealership for service, very quick turnaround and had availability within the week. Staff was polite and super competent. Didn't push anything I didn't need. Very impressed with them and will tell all my friends to use them-- not you, you're just a random person on the internet.

Was stuck in Birmingham after my Jaguar broke down. Guys at the shop went out of the way to help me out based on the expertise when another shop was having difficulty resolving my issue. Great customer service.

I want to let everyone know Brad and Bart are wonderful and will help in any they can, even if it doesnt benefit them. They truly care about their customers. They are honest and will not do any work or try to sale anything that you don't need. If anyone has Land Rover, Range Rover, Audi, or any luxury vehicle, please give these guys first try. We started using Duffy’s Garage about three years ago the Land Rover dealership recommended them we have not been nothing but please with the service Our vehicle has been running super since we’ve been going to him we have not been nothing but please with the service they do a thorough job with the service and the customer Service I would recommend them to anyone and the prices are fair five star service all the way⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Their location is superior to Grant's Mill road, their attention to detail and personal relationships are superior and their work is top-flight and more affordable, of much greater value. A+.

I didn’t have any work done, however, I got a pre purchase inspection done and they have me an honest opinion about everything. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I was treated well and I would recommend this shop.

The staff at Duffy's has always performed great quality service on my Jaguar XF. I've been using Duffy's over a year and thus far have been completely satisfied. My decision to use Duffy's was based on the many positive Google reviews when I needed a water pump replacement. I was so impressed with their service and professionalism that I decided to continue using them for all my vehicle needs. Details and recommendations are always explained. I'm grateful to have found a shop other than the dealership to service my vehicle!!! THANKS DUFFY'S for all you do!!!

The worse service I have experienced in my 30 plus years as a car owner. My BMW sat in this shop for 4 months awaiting repair. If I had not informed them that I was going to turn this over to my lawyer my car would probably still be sitting there. The owner even attempted to tell me of false issues with my car in order to extort more money out of me.

These guys are all professional and have always been good to me when I take my audi in for diagnostics etc..Excellent communication and outstanding service and will always take my german cars here for repairs and mechanical failures...Thanks to you Brad and all other personnel as well as the first class technicians....

This place is the BEST! They are always really forward and honest about what needs to be done with my LR4 and timely in fixing the problem (and I have had plenty of issues). They are all really professional and the first mechanics I haven’t dreaded going to see. Would highly recommend to anyone!
