Appreciated the customer service response to my emergency. I needed snow tires the day before a trip into Vermont. Jason made it happen. I’ve been a loyal Dunn customer for over 20 years.

I had a very positive experience at Dunn Tire in Henrietta today. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I ended up needing brakes also. They were organized and professional. Lee explained the issues in a fact based way and included pictures that provided a visual. They completed all the work today allowing me to avoid another trip. I would highly recommend this location. I had a a couple of very negative experiences at the Pittsford location so I decided to give Henrietta a try before leaving Dunn altogether and I’m glad I did.

Patched 2 tires in no time! Dropped off my wife’s Blazer with 2 tires with slow leaks. A couple hours later I got a call that it was done. A professional, friendly, efficient crew!

Very clean facility with a nice waiting area for customers. You can see them working on your vehicle from the waiting room. The team was very professional, polite, and took great care of me and my vehicle. I will be back! I highly recommend this location!

I thank you for working on my car. When I arrived to pick it up, they told me that the light was gonna be on and I have to take it to the dealer to turn it off and then another mechanic came and said I think I could turn that off. He said that he accomplished it by just following the instructions and was able to do it. It means a lot that they went the extra mile to figure it out themselves. Save me going to the Honda dealer. Thank you I recommend Dunn Tire anytime.

I have been dealing with Dunn Tire for decades with nothing but positive experiences. Different managers and technicians have always been courteous and efficient. They have always had fair pricing and I will always be a customer. This review is for work done on June 6, 2023. Despite being crowded, Dunn got me in on no notice for a flat repair, rotation, and a new battery. In and out in less than 45 minutes. Forever a Dunn customer.

I needed my car inspected by the end of December. Delta sonic didn’t have any stickers. Jiffy lube was waiting for NYS to turn their machine on. Another place doesn’t do inspections anymore. Every other place was booked for over a week and only do inspections when I’m working. Dunn tire got me in the next business day…gave me a ride to work…had it done with no hidden charges and I couldn’t be happier!! Thanks Dunn Tire!! I will be back and send my friends in!!
