I go in there for 2 tires and an Alignment, the mechanic disregards what I tell him and says "well let me check the car and see what you need." Then he comes back to me and says I need all four tires replaced. What should've been a $400 bill now costs me $765 (for 4 tires and an Alignment + all their additional fees). When I go to pay, they then try to get me to pay for more work and quote me $1200 for 2 rear break replacements and 2 caliper replacements which "may or may not have to be replaced "according to them." From a consumer perspective, going in for one thing, then having to pay double the estimated cost, and then the shop trying to sell me on an additional $1200 purchase is exactly why people hate going to Mechanics. Would not bring my car back here.

I ran over a screw that punctured my tire. I brought it to Dunn and they fixed it free of charge in about 20 minutes, I also had a tire that was un repairable I had thier extra road hazard warranty that if i didn't have i would have paid full price for another tire instead I only paid a fraction of the cost saving me $200. thats why I buy my tires at Dunn. The service!!

I had a 1 pm appointment and was on time. I came in for a NYS inspection and checking why my low tire pressure li h t was on. My car was brought into the garage close to 2 pm and I was out by 2:45. The techs are good once they start working on a car, but why did it take so long to start?

I went there to have both of my rear tires replaced. Most of staff were friendly and super helpful, which I really appreciated! But there is this one dude. While I was talking to another guy, he started saying shits that are sketchy, like he hopes ppl at the parking lot got ran over or something, until the other guy tells him to stop. Next time keep it as a private conversation buddy. He commented on my accent at the check out (no surprise there), said I don’t know what comes out of your mouth. Very professional of you and a nice way to please your customer. That part left me with a bad impression. I hope they can work on improving moments like this for customers in the future.

I called Friday evening shortly before closing because I had a flat tire. They got me in right away and by Saturday morning my tires were replaced and they even did a last minute oil change. I did have to leave the car and they weren't sure if they'd be able to finish on Saturday at all but they did. Everyone I talked to was friendly, helpful and polite. I felt like they gave me honest information and clear choices. I didn't feel pressured to buy more than I needed which is a huge plus. They were upfront about how long things could take due to staffing and that was totally understandable. I'll definitely be scheduling service with Dunn again.

I will say that the crew on Ridge Rd. W. Were fast, informative, and entered my car into their system as the store where I bought them (Buffalo rd) did not. Ridge road, well run, Buffalo rd needs help. They seem under staffed or management issues. Going to stay with Greece shop.

My tires didn't come in ontime for first appt. They called and let me know in advance before my appt that morning. Rescheduled as soon as the tires came in and had them installed in about 2 hours.👍🏻👍🏻

Very professional and honest!! Another tire place told me that my tires were almost bald and I needed all new tires but the guys at Dunn were very honest with me and told me that my tires didn't need to be replaced. Saved me a ton of money.
