Dunn Tire is professional! I like the Photo/Progress Report while waiting for your service. They send it right to my phone! Also noticed my State Inspection was needed soon, and saved me a trip. Always fast and great service!

One of those places that make buy 4 tires, even if you only need one because some tire trade group recommends it. Also will not show you available tires. Sales guy reads them off his computer screen, staring with the highest prices. Not recommend.

I went to Dunn Tires Pittsford after a long time to get them to look at a tire that was deflating due to a possible leak. My prior experiences have been amazing. But this time they kicked it out of the park. They did not charge me for the patch. Had to change a lug nut and charged me 4 bucks. Which is nothing. The rep explained what had happened to the old one and why you needed a new one. When I need tires for my cars next time I will be back. Even if I have to pay a bit extra. Always good to have a local team standing behind their work. You all exceeded my expectations. Thank you all and be proud how you serve customers. Amazing.

Please note: they do not include tax in their tire estimates to customers. Many other tire places DO include the tax. Dunn gives estimates that present as cheaper but then you can expect an increase of $150.00 on your total bill. When confronted about this, the manager unskilled at explaining their procedure and blamed me for not considering the tax. I will not go back again.

Everything was wonderful and I was pleased except when I got in the car to leave the psi in my other 3 tires was the same as when I pulled in, 33 lbs. I was disappointed. If what you say it true than perhaps you can tell me why the tire you installed was at 37 lbs.? Why does the Jeep manual and the tire says 36? Also, I was told you would be putting my spare back where it belonged. It is still where the AAA person placed it.

Update 12/27/2024 - brought my Mini Cooper in for an inspection. They failed me saying my rear rotors need to be replaced. They are quite new so I measured them with a caliper as soon as I got home. They are exactly 10mm which is what they are new! Clearly the experience level of their techs has gone downhill. This is unfortunate because I’ve been taking both my car and my truck to them for tires and basic maintenance for well over 10 years. Was about to bring my son’s car in for new tires next week. But I’m done. I will go somewhere else from now on. (Old review from a year or two ago…) First time I’ve had to take advantage of their fixing flats for free when you buy tires from them. Had a screw in my tire and stopped by without an appointment. They still managed to take care of my car within an hour. Thanks Dunn Tire.
