My entire family has been coming for Roni for years. He is a no nonsense type of guy. Will speak with the truth and get to the point. Does not tried to pull one over you take make an extra dollar. I really appreciate that about him. He does his best always and doesn't waste time. I recommend his work highly!!!!!

Fixed just consequences but not the reason of smoked spark plugs. However I pointed on repairs that needs to be done, but they assured me it's not what I need. AC leak wasn't even detected but charged for refill. Ofcourse I had to fix all the issues after that kind of service in different place.

***UPDATE *** I take back everything I said about this place. A little over a year later, and I'm having to have the same work done on my car that this shop did, because they didn't do the job right and I got played. The "good" customer service I thought I was getting... just a show to con me. And I fell for it. Don't go here. ****** Auto repairs are never fun. And they're not cheap. And you're always worried about whether or not the shop you take your car to is gonna rip you off. You will never have to worry about that here. Roni and his guys are wonderful. Something left to be desired for communication about when things are done... but the work they do is solid, and they take care of you. Roni went above and beyond in diagnosing and fixing the problems I had with my car. He's earned my trust and my business. I'll be coming back and sending others his way as well.

Great service. Really good mechanic. He always took good care of my BMW. And now he just fixed my engine for my Lexus. New engine was about 4k, and he fixed it for me for half of the price. Great mechanic.

I started coming to Roni simply for inspection for my vehicles. Each time I came in he was kind and helpful. When I had a high estimate for a repair on my older Prius from another shop I brought it in here for a second opinion. He was able to do the repair for half of the other quote and did a great job on some much needed body work also at a great price. He is very knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Roni and Dunvale Auto.

Mr. Roni is a gentleman and very knowledgeable about his services... He is always upfront and tells what needs to be done and what is not needed... He completely takes care of any issues with my vehicle.. very reliable person and provides his services for a reasonable price.. i will definitely recommend him for any issues with vehicle

When I say they do Fantastic work on my Ford Focus 2012!!! I mean Wonderful work, and still go beyond there way to fix other minor problems that wasn’t Evan asked of them! I will come back for all my car trouble!

I called to have the suspension of a car checked and a guy with a heavy accent was getting agitated cause he couldn’t understand. I had to explain like if he was 5. “ you’re a mechanic that works on cars yes, I need you to check the suspension of a Kia Optima.” He kept asking if I wanted an alignment or an inspection. He sounded bothered that I had to break it down like that and he still couldn’t comprehend, then he just said “look buddy! Go somewhere else, I don’t understand what you are telling me.” Post reply: So why didn’t you say that? I would’ve taken my car by to have it looked at, instead you lost your temper and told me to leave elsewhere. I called HCS and got excellent help and an appointment. Thank you, have a great day :)

Owner was extremely unpleasant and rude with no reguard for customer service. This is the first bad review I have left on Google, worth every second it took to write it if I can save someone else the horrible experience. *UPDATE* Business owner responded to review, perfect example of what you will experience, stay far away! No respect, no dignity. How is this place even open still?

The person who spoke to me has nothing to do with business, I asked him to change one spark plug and he answered me very badly, Go check somewhere else Have a nice day, at least if you don't like my request you can decline it in a respectful way، He doesn't know that a small job It can bring great jobs and more customers specifically with commercial vehicles.

I recently just moved to Houston from Chicago. My truck engine got messed up so i called Dunvale Complete Auto my truck got sent there for a week turned out he fix my truck and now it’s running brand new!!! Great customer service

Roni is the best of the best. He is honest and will tell you exactly what you need or don’t need. I took my car 3 places and they couldn’t figure out the problem. Brought it to Roni, and he knew what it was 1 minute into driving it. A+++. Straight shooter. Don’t come here if you get your feelings hurt easily. He’s very straight forward. Love it. Will continue to come back. He gives free loaners too!
