If you go there for tire issues you can be ok but don't go there to use their mechanic services!!! I went there to get the brake pads changed. The day after I feel the wheels are shaking and I see the check engine light coming on, so I went at the AutoZone to get the reading on the code and it turn out to be the ABS (anti-lock braking system). So I brought the car back to them and their mechanic stated that the brakes are good, it took out the left tire and he showed me that it was the axle that needed to be changed. I didn't trust him because there's no connection between the check engine light coming on and the axle, as he was claiming. I went to another mechanic, he took out the left AND the right tire and surprise surprise, the guy at durango auto service didn't put the bolt of the axle back on!!!!!!! This can be for only 2 reason: 1) he forgot or he even didn't think about it, and that mean that he he totally unprofessional 2) he did it on purpose to make me go back and possibly spend more money to have the axle changed by him They could have have caused a serious damage at my car or even an accident with the axle didn't bolt back. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!

Durango has worked on our other car which turned out well, but our little car had a water pump issue they could not fix, but we'll be back with the big car next month.. :-) thanks

Muy mal servicio, Fui ayer 02/08/23 a que me pusieran un parche a la llanta y según el muchacho la parcho. Resulta que en la mañana la llanta estaba con 1% de aire . Le tuve que poner aire antes de salir de casa y fui a otra llantera ya que ocupaba mover el carro. Resulta que en la otra llantera me comentaron que nunca le pusieron un parche a la llanta solo fue mentira I me cobraron $15 dólares por solo echarle aire al parecer. Y yo por agradecimiento le di $5 de típ al muchacho . La verdad no recomiendo este lugar para comparar llantas usadas o poner parches . La verdad que mala experiencia . 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
