Broke down at Buc-ees 14miles away. Called and the owner ( Durrell) answered the phone. I explained the problem he said limp it in and we will "get er done".. I arrived and they immediately started on the water pump while still 🔥 hot. 3hrs and it was done . I'm now 3000 miles down the road and all is good. Almost forgot! Price was beyond fair.

I got a bubble in the sidewall of two of my tires while in birmingham and didnt feel safe trying to drive it over an hour back home and risk them blowing. Called around and this place had the best price. I bought 2 new tires today. The owner got my car in, in a resonable amount of time and got me back on the road. Tires look great and ride great. I will be back in the near future to buy 2 more! Thank you sir for your help, it was much appreciated! Will HIGHLY recommend your shop to others.

I have been going here for over two years. I have an older Ford Explorer. It has needed a lot of TLC. Durrell has taken great care of all my needs. They have great customer service, great pricing and do the job right. I continue to do business with Durrell Tire and recommend that you do too !.

I absolutely love this place. I have had a lot of different things done here and have never been disappointed. Pricing is great and customer service is amazing. They take great care of my blue 06 Dodge charger rt. Also because I don't work and I'm a single mom with a disabled son I can finance my service through Snap finance and be on my way. I love all of these guys.

My husband and I started going to Durrell for oil changes. Their service was so impeccable and friendly that we bring our car(s) here for every service that we may. The staff is so friendly and the service is high quality and fast. Mr Durrell and his family are such nice and kind people. They make sure to keep you informed on the time that you may spend in the shop instead of just letting you sit and not know what's going on. Good service, it took them about a week to finish my water pump. But I can truly say I have not had any problems since. Just make sure you have a little extra cause things can be a bit pricey but cheaper than others so I can't complain.

They worked on my SUV charged me all that money I drove it for a week then it started acting up so took it back then Durrell said take it to another shop ,that was my money thrown away for a half done job he didn't even try to check the SUV out or nothing to see if he could correct his mistake, they need to be shut down

Durrell & his little wife were friendly AS always. Wait was long, but probably because I didn't call ahead. I ordered the tires on Tuesday expecting to take till Thursday to get there. Because I experienced that at other places. Durrell predicted after 9 am today. I got busy with laundry & didn't get there till after 10, out just after noon.

I have been in the area for more than 20 years. This was one of the first businesses that I patronized in the first 10 years of residency and came upon them try by accident. Literally..... They took my vehicle in and made sure I got home. That was a shocker but quickly became a standard of judgment for others. I've gone to others for specialty work but have found myself coming back time after time Durrell and his wife have been staples in the community through economic collapses, (Civil bankruptcy) and weather emergency. Regardless of the atmosphere, I've been met with respect and, to my knowledge, honesty. I've been cheated by other shops. They are busy most times but have been honest about it and have been good at notifying me when they have room. Their mechanics have been knowledgeable and have, at times, pointed out the problems and possible solutions for repairs. This is the kind of place that causes you to dread going on the hunt for a replacement when they shut down. Hopefully that day will not come anytime soon. I don't like a lot of hands on my vehicles and theirs have been some of the very few hand prints on mine. Outside of limited space and the wait time before service, I'm pleased.

I was recently looking to purchase a used car. Did some homework, pulled diagnostic codes, and discovered issues during a test drive. Even though he was busy Durrell took the time to check prices on some parts and listen to my concerns. And a short video I took. Pointed out things I needed to be worried about. Offered a diagnostic inspection at a reasonable price. If you are in this area his is a shop I could recommend.

So, they get 5 stars. Here is why? This type of service is that southern family welcome. Every time you go there, they remember faces and cars. It’s good to be acknowledged and have honest conversations. I went in today to get 2 new front tires 🛞. It was much needed. Other companies tried to charge me $335 or more. I think not. In that case, I could have got 4 new tires if need be, for that amount. I saved $61.90. Mr. Tommy and his staff gets 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾. That’s why my mom and I always go here such as for fair prices and honest work adjusting and replacing tires. I do research and compare tire pricing in my area all the time and no one ever beat their deals. Pls note: I like to go as early as I can before customers start pouring into the location. Just an FYI. They stay crowded. People love their service. Pros: Clean Spacious seating area inside and outside Restroom(s) are clean Quick and productive service (wait times will vary depending on service, but company estimations are not far reached) Mechanics/ technicians are knowledgeable and professional. The owner/manager will also educate you on your car. So, listen to him. Convenient location Access to a television during wait time Prices are reasonable Variety of car services and products Cons: Not one bad experience yet Pls note: I say this all the time. No mechanic can determine everything wrong with your car. Diagnostic test instead of you guessing is the the best way to go. Treat a car like a child. It needs TLC as well.
