Took our truck there for a leak and it seemed to be a radiator leak. They had the vehicle for a long time tested it out and pressure check the radiator no issues so they were thinking it was a transmission leak. I did show them on both sides under the front bumper where the liquid was. And even brought a paper towel in and my wife and said it was the color of it. So we had to take it to the dealership with your know going to cost more And they did a pressure check and had to replace the radiator and I told him to keep the old one. I showed up and for sure it was leaking on the bottom if you're facing the vehicle think it was the right lower part of the radiator with 140,000 miles on it. Not sure what device they use to check the radiator but they need to get a new one.

I had a great experience with Duty Tire! They fixed the AC in my car. They were honest, their prices are fair, and they did everything they said they were going to do. They fixed my AC in just a few hours. I would highly recommend them.

Beware, this shop will scam you. They lie and short changes you on materials. I asked for an oil change with Mobil 1 and a tire rotation. The garage was busy so I waited outside. I could see a tech bring the car in. To my surprise, after draining the oil, he filled an oil jug from a bulk tank and proceeded to pour the contents into the engine. Even worse, he didn't rotate the tires. When he brought it down, I told the tech he needed to rotate the tires. He told me it didn't need them rotated. I told him I always have them rotated after 5k miles, and it's time. Then he told me he couldn't find the key to the lock nut. So which is it? Can't find the key or didn't need it. I did an oil analysis after 3k miles and the report was completely different from a baseline analysis using Mobile 1 synthetic oil done earlier this year. It's pretty obvious they're not using synthetic oil at all.

First time visit, drawn by good review. Staff were rude, ask me to call to schedule even though I was standing right in front of them. Focused on eating their food throughout the interaction, didn’t even look up when talking to me.

I don't know why there were bad reviews but I had a great experience there. I took my father's car in for a service- a steering wheel fluid leaking which was diagnosed by another shop. To my surprise, they checked and didn't find any leak. I really appreciate their honesty. 5-star rating and you gained a customer. Thank you!

I visited Just Tires, not Duty Tire, on Capital Blvd. Was very pleased with service and friendliness of staff. They rotated my tires and tested my brake fluid for free.

If I could leave Duty Tire a 6 star rating, I would. We were considering purchasing a used car from a local independent dealer and brought it to Duty for a pre-purchase inspection on a Saturday morning around 11AM when they were super busy. We were concerned about rust since the used car was owned up north, so Steve went into the parking lot himself and crawled under the car. Rust wasn't an issue, so we opted for a pre-purchase inspection to get the car on a lift. Jose took a look at it and found a problem. Lo and behold, the transmission was leaking. We walked away from the car. Thank you so very much Steve and Jose for saving us $4,000 - $5,000 in replacing a transmission. 6 stars. 10 stars if I could.

Very friendly staff. Waited over 30 minutes for my receipt after I had paid. That's would be my only qualm. But overall the service was phenomenal and the staff did a really good job.

Was quoted at over $900 from Christian Brothers Auto to have a coolant temperature sensor replaced and same repair from Duty Tire is a little over $500 (over 4+ hour repair). Everyone is very honest, helpful, and efficient. I am now a lifelong customer because of several good experiences and trusting my vehicles to Duty Tire.
