I'll be honest took a while. But I used to be in the repair industry so I know how it is. They kept me updated. Made sure I understood exactly what was going on. Price was exactly what I thought it'd be. Happy to have my truck back. I'll be going back for other services soon I'm sure! Highly recommend!!

Edit: After meeting with the owner and having a very pleasant conversation about the issue, I made an appointment for another drop off. I appreciate the attention to detail so we could reach a resolution. None of the problems I brought it in for were completely solved by their $1000 recommendation. They also returned my car covered in greasy hand prints.

I think it's time to give my honest opinion. I really feel they have the best intentions when they repair your vehicle. Unfortunately those good intentions don't always equate to good work. I have had a good deal of work done here. Don't ask why I kept coming back. Loyalty to a fellow veteran maybe. First I had my transmission rebuilt here. It took about 6 returns to get the transmission to stop leaking. OK problem solved? No. It has not felt right since. I have complained so many times I've lost count and every time I'm told nothing is wrong and they won't look at it. I told Tony it'll go out when the warranty is up. I'll be damned if I didn't get stuck during a storm. Can you guess what went out? If you guessed the transmission you must be a psychic cause yes. This time the wiring inside went out. Of course. They'll fix it for free if only I pay $440 for a service. I had my timing chain done here. It leaked oil and coolant for idk how long and again multiple returns. First, the timing parts they installed broke so back it went for 10 more days. Still leaked so during the attempted repair they totally destroyed my engine and had to replace that for free or face lawsuit. I can go on about how they pinched my fuel injector harness under the valve cover or any number of issues I've caught. When they put the engine in they installed the wrong crank and cam sensors which I had to replace with the correct ones. I didn't want to post my experience here because I truly care about Tony and his shop but this last breakdown was the straw that broke the camels back metaphorically speaking. I just want my truck back in working order. 10/28/24 The picture is the work this shop did on my daughters catalytic converter. Whatever work they did resulted in the converter breaking multiple times. As of now they refuse to honor the 3 year 36,000 mile warranty on the parts and labor. Thanks alot Tony!

Transmission failed while I was visiting from out of state. They were incredibly helpful, professional and quick to get things repaired. Loved the app and texts updates. Highly recommend!!!!

Broke down on I-10 in afternoon. AAA picked us up and took us to Duval County Transmission shop. They diagnosed problem immediately. Ordered parts and had us back on road next day by noon. Replaced serpentine belt along with tensioner pulley, idler pulley. Everyone there went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Thank you so much!!!

These folks are really good at what they do. I had a transmission conversion done from a power glide to a 700R4 and it was completed in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable rate. GREAT job guys and gals!!! I have gone back for a rear axle seal that was leaking on 4/23/24 and had it repaired. This was on a 64 chevy and they had it fixed in a day. Thanks Candice, Tony and Phil!!! 6/7/24 This car is like a pandoras box. Thank goodness for Duval county transmissions, I had a center carrier bearing go out and had it towed in. Got there late Wednesday and the crew had it done and ready to roll again for another adventure Friday morning. GREAT service and GREAT job, Thanks again.

Let me start by saying the customer service is great, and have taken it there before and had no problems. I very recently had an overheating problem in feb 2024, took it there and they said radiator needs replacing and one fuel injector was misfiring... i had the work done. QUITE EXPENSIVE... 3 days later i overheated again, took it back and apparantly one of the lines wasnt attached correctly and leaked all the coolant out. They fixed it for free and i lost 2 days of work... 3 weeks later my cab is filled with the smell of gasoline and am using fuel quicker than usual. I took it back to this same place and was told it would be over 1500 to replace all fuel injectors. Turns out the only fuel injector that was leaking fuel was the one they replaced 3 weeks before...and if i had not caught that, they would have tried to charge me....which i lost another 4 days of work...im not a mean person or usually say bad things about places, but i think there might be a guy working there that doesnt quite know what he is doing

Through no fault of their own, they had my vehicle for 3 weeks. The supplier for my transmission, sent mine to Michigan. UGH! Other than that, they diagnosed/fixed it and a couple other noteworthy issues that they deemed necessary. I'm glad they were self-conscious about letting the vehicle leave without any issues and NOT gouging me or upselling me on things that weren't immediately important. If I need work done again, I now know where I'm going. It also helps that they're less than 10min from my house!
