Exceptional customer service today and this past Saturday from Service Department team members Kacy Harper, Darlene and Carlene! Thank You All for your help in getting my car up and running again after my car battery died, and especially for being so nice and helpful to me while doing it! I purchased my vehicle at Duval Honda several years ago and have always taken it there for service because you all do such a great job!

We live in Deland and had an emergency while driving near Jacksonville to travel out of state. Towed car to Duval Honda, had all our luggage and our dog with us and car was not drivable. Dustin was my service rep. and he was great to deal with. Dustin let us know they could not diagnose the issue right away and it could take 2 plus days to fix. While the loaner car mileage policy is only 50 Miles from dealer, Dustin worked with Nadel in the loaner department and compassion took over store policy. They waived the 50 mile range policy and gave us a loaner knowing we had no way to get home other then renting a car or getting a hotel within 50 miles of dealer and wait for fix. It is nice to deal with a dealer and people that look at issues and solve them with a compassion. I would recommend Dustin and this dealer service center every time.

Dropped my car for maintenance. Kelvon Tucker was the technician who called me that my car does not require a maintenance as my oil change level is 50% and Honda will notify me when it’s 15%. He also helped to check my tires for free.

Close to my house! And my favorite honda dealer because of the small things. This seems to be the last dealership that washes your car after service even though they are all supposed to. Will continue to go here.

Terrible place to be!!! I called them before I got there and someone told me we closed at 6pm . I got there exactly at 4:30 and the young girl told me oh you come too late we don’t have anything more tech to do your oil change. I said remember I call before i got here she says it doesn’t matter. What pissed me off is another customer came with the same issue and I heard customer stated that I don’t have an appointment and she got the service and I did not. I went back to say something to them then I changed my mind.For sure this not the first time this kind of situation happened to this Duval Honda services .

We were traveling to Daytona when we had an issue with our Civic that prevented us from continuing safely to our destination. We happened to be near the Duval Honda Service Center. We received the best service from a skilled, innovative and kind mechanic named Vernon. He fixed our issue and got us on our way in no time.

Took my car as always for an scheduled oil change for 11a.m. didn't pick up my car til after 5p.m. No one called me I called twice the 1st time I was told my advisor was on the phone and she would email her and let her know to call me. Never received a call so I just waited to cb after I never got a call and now it's time for me to get off work at 5 and having to wait for Lyft to pick me up. Worse service I have ever received from Duval Honda the entire service department appears to be new other than Tom who's been there since forever. What they did was take cars of people who was sitting there waiting and put before mine since I wasn't waiting. I made ab appointment on the 17th to be serviced at 11a.m on the 21st for an oil change. Since the pandemic service has gone down. 😒 At 5 pm no supervisor to speak with though the cashier was very helpful and agreed that my car should not have been in there possession all day for a scheduled oil change.

Went there for my 1st of 2 free details for the year on my honda accord sport. Excellent job, car looks as new as when I bought it!!
