Highly recommend Dwights! We had them repair our Jeep Grand Cherokee that was involved in a car accident. Dwights provided photos and a preliminary quote for submission to the insurance and then worked with the insurance (who made us jump through many hoops and delays) to get the repair processed and completed Dwights kept us informed and made us feel comfortable during the entire process. The work was completed to perfection. Will definitely use this body shop again and confidently recommend them.

I had a minor accident with my car. I broke the rear window and rear wiper. I was feeling very bad and stupid. The manager was so kind to me. He got my car done beautifully and when promised. He also kept me updated on any changes. I will recommend them

I had someone rear-end me about 3 weeks ago. Dwights came and picked my car up in about 20 minutes of the accident. On top of that they were really good at telling me what was going on. I never really had to wonder what was happening because they always told me. The insurance adjuster was even impressed with their shop. The work done was better than expected. they were asked to use after market and since they didnt look right they negotiated with the insurance and were able to get direct OEM parts without it costing me a dime. Everything was done as explained and it took from start to finish, about 2 weeks to complete. They even discovered a broken AC pressure switch which the adjuster didnt even find. They got that taken care of as well. All in all, a great job done.

Staff was not particularly friendly, but they did help me right away. The work performed in the past was top-notch. The repair estimate I requested recently contained things that were obvious not broken. It appears that there may be some unscrupulous things going on. I'm not sure, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

If I go somewhere to get an estimate done. They should do their job and do the estimate. Just cause I had the insurance do an estimate (of which was smaller then a previous one I had done) then if I have 3 that show more then what they said they will take care of it. Thats what the issue surface company told me. But the fat lazy manager didn't wanna waste his time to take care of me. I'll never recommend anyone to go here.
