Very quick and honest. I asked about replacing my tire pressure sensors since I had a TPMS warning light. They scanned my sensors and told me it was not needed. This is the honesty that will keep me and my family coming back.

After fixing flat tire noticed the tire center cover missing on the tire. Told the owner about it. After a brief conversation he said he didn't care if I went to the BBB or the media he didn't care I can look for it myself.

Over 10 years and 3 cars - I've been coming to Dyer Tire for a long time. Always good prices. Fast service. Today was 1 hour and 10 minutes, and their bay was FULL! --- Update 09-23-24 Brought my truck in today. Guy got me two decently used tires 265/60/17 for the front, total cost came out to $97 and change. 10/10 Can't recommend enough!!! And it only took about 20 minutes 😎👍

The service was great. Aaron was very polite and helpful concerning my needs. We changed 4 tires in a very short time. The rest of the staff was also very nice. Personally, I plan to use their services more than any other place. Prices are great and the assistance was awesome. Gor certain vehicle needs, this is the pace to go!

WHATEVER YOU DO AS A FEMALE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DYER TIRE. IT'S ALL SMOKE AND MIRRORS AND CAN CARELESS ABOUT BUSINESS REPUTATION. I ASKED FOR RIMS AND HE SHOWED RIMS AND SOLD TIRES I DIDN'T ASK FOR. EVEN AFTER PUTTING THEM ON WE HAD MANY QUESTIONS BUT AS A JANKY SALESMAN HE HAD AN ANSWER FOR EVERYTHING. AFTER THE FACT I SAW WHAT KIND OF TIRES HE SOLD ME. I TRIED TO GO BACK IN 48 HRS BUT ALL HE WANTED TO SAY WAS NO RETURN POLICY. HOW ARE YOU THE OWNER AND YOU CAN CARELESS ABOUT THE CUSTOMER BEING SATISFIED. HIS ANSWER WAS JUST DRIVE AROUND FOR A FEW YEARS COME BACK AND I'LL GIVE YOU A GOOD DEAL. I EXPLAINED TO HIM ALL THE BAD REVIEWS FROM OTHER "WOMEN" AND HE STILL DIDN'T CARE. HE SOLD ME WHAT HE WANTED NOT WHAT I WANTED...SO DO YOUR HOMEWORK LADIES ON TIRES AND RIMS AND MOST OF ALL LOOK UP THESE BUSINESS REVIEWS BECAUSE THEY DO MATTER IN HOW PEOPLE CONDUCT BUSINESS. REPORT THEM TO THE BBB. IF ANY WOMEN PAST OR PRESENT WANT TO DISCUSS THIS DISGUSTING BUSINESS AND OWNER PLEASE REACH OUT. IT'S A SHAME HOW WOMEN ARE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF HERE. I came here for tires and was played by the sales guy. I’m a single mom 2 kids two jobs. The guy seemed nice enough and I trusted his word. I felt it was a result of me being a woman that he felt he could scam me. He ran my credit, then told me I would pay $900 for the tires total. Like an idiot I agreed, when I left I googled the tires because I was never given the chance to ask for brand or anything. The tires I purchased ran for less than $400 at Walmart. Stay away from here, you will get scammed. Total I paid off $1060 the credit Acima they charged my tires with had an insane interest. DO NOT LET THEM RUN YOUR CREDIT!

HORRIBLE. These guys are careless, I have to replace 5 wheel studs in the front and no telling how many in the back, costing me more money. Stop using those impact drills for a quick job, probably ruined others cars wheel studs too.

The guys were very friendly and helpful. My tire was irreparable but they sold me a used tire for $40 while I buy a new one. Great place! I totally recommend them.

They will scam you. I don’t recommend dyer tire to anyone especially women. They think you’re a fool and will literally create things that don’t exist(i asked a different mechanic about what they told me and he said it was straight bull) to make you spend more money. Even if you say no they keep pressuring you and pressuring you to sign up for their credit program and do whatever make believe work they invented. I drive a VW beetle and they quoted me 1800(on an imaginary discount) because they wanted to do more than I asked for. And the price of the one tire I asked them to change was 790(yes dollars not Monopoly money.) I know people need to eat but the ones running this business will starve. Go to discount tire, right down the street. They fixed everything and replaced not one but two of my tires for 150 and offered me a good deal to fix the other two. There’s THOUSANDS of mechanics and even more tire places to go to in El Paso. Do your research and definitely don’t come here.
