I can't say enough great things about Dynamic Auto. I have been taking my car to Dynamic for several years now, and I've always had a great experience. They are dependable, completely transparent in what my car needs, and have a quick turnaround. I also appreciate how they remember me like an old friend every time I come in! I’ve taken my car here twice now. They are such honest people and will walk you through exactly what’s wrong with your car, and give you a fair quote before they do any repairs. As a woman, I often feel like other repair shops are condescending when explaining issues, or they’ll try and take advantage of you. I’ve never felt this way here. Everyone at Dynamic Auto is so kind and I’d recommend this place to anyone!

These guys are amazing!!!! Super friendly, honest and by far the fastest, most pleasant visit to a car repair shop ever. I would HIGHLY recommend them and they are located right in downtown Orlando on Bumby. Easy to get in and out of their shop. Thanks guys!

Here to pick up a u-haul and it's stuck inside their parking lot behind and in front of and to the side of walls, cars, and a dumpster. They don't open until after the movers arrive and their mailbox is full.

Amazingly honest shop. My car broke and I rolled off the road into their lot. They told me that the repair was under factory recall and told me to consider the dealer to save $500. I am coming back to this honest family run business. Joann and Franky are great and will get all of my regular business.

Love this business. They always take care of whatever needs I have. Franky really knows his stuff, he’s a great mechanic. Joann is really friendly and helpful anytime you speak with her. I’ve brought in problems that I’ve caused trying to fix the issue myself and he gets it fixed. I’ve brought in aftermarket parts to have installed, and he’s happy to help. For the quality of work they provide the prices are fair. They also DON’T call you trying to push random additional services. The only down side is since they’re so good, at times it’s hard to get an appointment, so if they can fit you in, take it! I’ve been going since I moved to Orlando and I will continue to go because of the good service they provide consistently.

Took my car here a few days ago to get my brakes and rotors done. They did an awesome job. Friendly people and didn't charge me a fortune unlike the dealerships and bigger chains around here. Highly recommend this place!

BLUE SCOTTER GUY....AMAZING OWNERS! Franky and Joanne are helpful and a blessing. My scooter broke down near by and after a few hrs of trying to get it restarted I ran the battery down. So I pushed it up to the shop and it was busy but Franky came right out and asked if I needed help. O told him what was going on and he brought a battery charger and we hooked it up. Not having any tools on me to work on it Franky gave me a few to use. Finally got it running again. I asked what I owed and he told me nothing. I tried giving him some money anyways and he wouldn't take it. I offered several more times and then his Joanne came out and said no too. Any other place would have charged $30 or $40 just for using the charger. SUPER GREAT OWNERS AND SHOP. Go see them. Thank you Franky and Joanne.!

I am extremely disappointed. I had used these people several times for small things, and they had always seemed fair. About a month ago I had issues starting my car and brought it to them. Franky looked at the car and said that the battery was fine and he wasn't sure what the problem was. Then he changed his mind and said that the battery and the starter needed to be replaced. He charged me $900 to do it (!!!) and said the battery that he was putting in was too small for my car and to come back the next day. When I came back, he put in a bigger battery and charged me another $69. The next time I tried to start the car at home, I had the same issue. I brought it back to Franky, and he said he had no idea what was wrong. So, he overcharged me outrageously for parts I did not need and did not fix the problem.

I was referred to this location and I’ll say I am happy that I got my car serviced here! Very friendly personnel, they are honest about the type of service your vehicle requires, and the price is totally fair based off competitors in the area! There are options for you to eat within walking distance as well while you wait for your vehicle.

I will never use anyone else! They always do an excellent job, the prices are great, they are honest and fair. I thought I needed a new battery and was prepared to purchase one today, but the owner said it would not be right to take my money, because the battery was fine. He also explained why I had been having issues and how to avoid them in the future. I'm very grateful to Dynamic for not taking advantage of me and providing outstanding service time and again!

Platinum level service! They will walk you through all details of necessary work and possible work that needs to be done in future. They are very honest and will tell you if it is imminent or if it can wait a little bit. Not pushy to try and upsell on maintenance work. They walked me through a detailed summary with very reasonable costs (hard to beat anywhere else) for services rendered. I absolutely recommend having your automotive needs done here! I will only be bringing my car here from now on!

Their service was exactly the amount they quoted and was completed earlier than expected. Then, they agreed to change my new battery that I got from Auto Zone. They are friendly, quick, communicate well and extremely reasonably priced. Will recommend Dynamic to all of my friends who live near DTO for any auto needs. Would give higher than 5 stars if I could.

This shop is fantastic. Being a single woman for a few years, I have had numerous bad experiences with auto repair shops ranging from well known to small mom and pop shops. I have been told I need things that I didn't, overcharged and treated poorly. I recently moved to this area and needed some repair work and again had a bad experience with a well known shop. I finally found Dynamic and took a chance on them. I found truly honest and caring people in Franky and Joann. They explained my problem and how to solve it. They were kind and honest with me. I highly recommend this shop if you want quality and honesty. I thank God for bringing me to these beautiful people.

UPDATE... Still amazing service and very fair pricing. Franky is honest about what needs to be fixed and upfront about costs. Service was exceptional. Pricing seemed fair. Mechanic was very knowledgeable. Brought my vehicle in on a Friday at 5pm, it was ready by noon on Saturday and they had to order a part. They completed the job at the exact time and for the exact cost that was quoted. No up selling, no nonsense.
