Dynasty Automotive went above and beyond to make my experience the best I have ever had. They were quick with their assessment and made sure I understood their findings and what my car would need to run properly again. They were honest and didn't try to trick me into doing more work than was needed. Amazing customer service and integrity from the employees here. Best Auto shop in Orlando.

These guys did a great job! Several other places couldn’t fix this issue. Dynasty fixed it for less than half the price of the dealer and they had me out quickly.

Use to take my car here often but i don’t know if they have new techs or management but paying extra for a new battery and install they recommend doing. the battery not even be fully connected. caused my car to die on i4 middle of driving because the battery came undone. No one ever called or told me while i was there that the battery wasnt tighten or tied down.

HONEST and fast turn around. Will only go here for any future car needs. I knew my old car needed a lot of work so I brought it in for an estimate. They were honest with me and told me that it was not worth fixing. They would fix it if I wanted them too but it likely wasn’t worth it. They also gave me a number of a company that buys junk cars (which offered me the most compared to other similar companies) and let me keep the car in their lot until I sold it.

I love this place. Seriously. If I could I would just hang out here just to meet car people. On the service side I can say they are very knowledgeable and helpful. Explains things without sounding like a doucher. I can tell the owner has put a lot of care into his shop and the moment you step inside you will understand what I mean. Chi Ho I will pray for you because I believe you have a mission that could change a lot of peoples lives for better.

We took our vehicle to Dynasty after having it “repaired” by the other guys. Dynasty got us back on the road again. Their service was honest and thorough, and their communication was top-notch! Jay and Ruben took great care of us.

Having moved to Orlando 2 years ago I was looking around to find a trustworthy repair shop. One of my vehicles is not something that can be trusted to just any shop. Dynasty has worked on all of my vehicles and provided excellent work and very fair prices. The people are wonderful to work with. If you need service go check them out.

Great staff and excellent service. After taking my M3 to two other places to get an alignment , Dynasty Automotive was the only shop to successfully get my car aligned. Worth every penny. Will be returning if need be! Thanks again guys.

Dynasty Automotive fixed my car better then ever and for a good price! My friend Tati, who works as the social media director there, recommended Dynasty to me when I was unsure what do with my car seat problem I was having. Due to some damage on the track of my seat my electric chair wouldn't move forward which made it really difficult for me to reach the pedals in my car. I initally brought it to the KIA dealership where they were wanting to charge me $2000 to replace the chair!!!! I thought that was CRAZY so I decided to bring my car in and have them take a look! Chi, the owner, was super efficient along with the service advisors Jay and Ben. They found the problem and were able to find me a new seat which could be installed within days! I was on a trip throughout the search for the new chair so Maria, the receptionist, was super helpful by keeping me updated and communicating where they were at in the process. I was SHOCKED when I came to pick up my car because not only did the chair look and work like new but it was A QUARTER OF THE PRICE that KIA wanted to charge me. I was so thankful to Tati, the team, and Ken for fixing my car! I will be reccomending Dynasty to many and will definitely be taking my car back for any fixs/maintanance. Thanks again Dynasty!!!

For the past year, I’ve been bringing my vehicle to Dynasty. I can confidently say that their customer service and quality of work are outstanding. I appreciate the detailed inspections that come with photos and clear explanations, along with suggested repairs. Their pricing is very competitive; diagnostic fees at other places often exceed $150, while Dynasty charges just $65. This is a refreshing change! I highly recommend this shop to anyone who feels they’re being overcharged at the dealership.

Friendly, Fast, accurate, they have fixed multiple vehicles for me and have saved me from buying others with their pre purchased inspection. Which revealed all the faults of the vehicle which I could not see myself. Thank you Dynasty I would recommend Dynasty Auto for all of your car needs

These guys are FANTASTIC!! One of the few, if only, places in Central Florida that will do custom alignment. Most of the chain places can only do a factory settings. Dynasty has a great waiting room, free WiFi and complimentary snacks and drinks. Best of all, they understand performance vehicles and drivers!! Top notch!!
