Cobran precios de dealer. El servico al cliente deja mucho que desear. Parece que no les interesa el dinero que uno les pueda ir a dejar. No los recomiendo. Parece que no entienden el concepto de la importancia de las referencias que pueda dar uno a otras personas.

Ellos son estafadores una vez me querían cobrar $1000 por cambiarme 3 empaques del motor por una fuga de aceite y solo era el empaque del filtro de aceite el que necesitaba reparar son unos estafadores

Good for very general, small jobs. Do NOT take your car to them for anything major or for imported cars. They are hit or miss. Labor prices are high

HORRIBLE ATTITUDES!!! The customer service here was PITIFUL. They kept giving my fiancé the up down because he works in law enforcement. I came here for a job and that’s all there is to it. We are all human and the fact that they had the audacity to have ugly attitudes towards him due to a uniform is plain childish. UNPROFESSIONAL! no one knew anything I had talked about on the phone the day before arriving for the service. The tone in his voice towards me was rude as I had to explain who I talked to…what services would be done & the price they quoted me. If you EVER go here MAKE SURE YOU GET A NAME AND TIME YOU CALLED AND WRITE THE PRICE THEY QUOTED YOU. They will act like they don’t know you spoke with them. I would NEVER RETURN. I will say the job got done for a decent price.

Literally had to repeat myself five times, finally shouting and speaking like I was talking to a five year old, for the person on the phone to understand asking if they could replace the grill on the front of my car. They don't do body work, fyi.
