Thank you so much to Eric and Carlos for being incredibly kind, quick, and talented! I pulled up with an issue no one could solve, Eric got on the case immediately and I was happily on the road within 30 minutes. I cannot emphasize how much grace and professionalism I experienced. So grateful!

Absolutely the worst service at this place 0 stars if possible. My mother had an accident on July, this place was recommended so the car was towed to this location. The mechanic Carlos told my mom he would fix the car.. after the first date he gave stating the car would be ready to go he asked for more time saying that he still needed to do things to the car. This kept going on .. Carlos feeding my mom lies until my mom went personally without telling him. Turns out the car hadnt been worked on much. My mom kept having faith that he would deliver what he promised. Fast forward to October when he assured the car would be done well turns out it was not. He asked for 20 more days and gave my mother a signed paper stating it would be fixed by Nov 4 2024. My mother had to go pick up her car today and call a tow truck because in all this time Carlos did nothing to fix the car. 4 months of just lying and to top it off he did not want to return the money only reason he did was because he had signed the paper.

Most honest, kind, & reliable mechanic I've ever gone to. My car broke down in a parking garage and needed to be towed on a Saturday evening. Carlos stayed way past close to wait for my car. This was the kindest gesture because at this time he did not know me, it was my first time going there. Since then, I will never take my car to anyone else. He charges very very reasonably & is always so honest. He takes the time to show me what he's going to fix & why it's important. Truly an LA local gem! 😭 I send every friend and family member to them.

Carlos took really good care of my car. I had to get it towed there due to a coolant leak. They fixed my car pretty quickly and changed all of my oils as a complementary. Highly recommend!

These guys are so nice and trustworthy. I was worried about my brakes so I took my car to them and they inspected everything looking for a problem and then wanted no money in return. I got my oil changed there just so I could pay them. And I got a free carwash!

Carlos is efficient and very honest. I thought I needed a new radiator and he replaced just the cap, which was the issue, free of charge. He could’ve said and charged me anything. I appreciate the honesty!!

Earnestly the best repair experience of my life. Super cheap and honest. Very nice, and actually so fast. The second they ordered the part it was ready for me. I’ve gone here twice and I’m blown away at how easy they make it seem. I will only go here forever until I die, and then I will have my children go here

Had a blown engine and had it replaced here for half the price Honda service center quoted me. 1 year warranty on the engine and great service. Very honest and upfront about things.

I got my timing belt done yesterday with Carlos he told me he would have it ready at a certain time and he did so. He also fixed my crankshaft sensor since it broke and all he charged me extra was the price of the part. Honest guy from my experience and the price was fair compared to other places.

I have bright my mini van & sedan here many times. They always do great work for my vehicles at a reasonable price. Like my Toyota Camry radiator went out & he put a new one for about 200 bucks. He'll also give advice on what your vehicle needs in order to be fully functional.

Carlos is the BEST! Took my car in after I just got it fixed by another mechanic because it was acting weird. He checked everything and couldn't find anything wrong. He didn't charge me for checking and when I picked up my car it was vacuumed and washed off. Made my day! I will be coming back to Carlos for all of my car needs.

I asked for a price quote over the phone. Then he looked at my problem in person when I took it in. He (Carlos) asked me to remind him how much he had quoted me and my mind immediately raced to the conclusion that it was going to be more. But then much to my surprise he charged me less and said he didn’t think it was a big of a job as he originally thought. I’ll be honest, I was touched to tears by Carlos rare humanity. And am grateful to have a mechanic for life!

Carlos was just as great as all the reviews said. I brought my car in with MAS problems after I cleaned my existing part and then bought a new one when that didn’t work. He called the dealership to get a part quote and reset my check engine light. He said to give him a call if it comes back on and he will get the part same day. No charge unless I have to come back to get the new dealership part. I was lucky to find a good and honest repair man.

Absolutely filthy disgusting. Called before coming to verify they had space and appointment time. They lied and when I got there would not see car. No tech in entire auto facility would see me and sent me DRIVING home on a possibly failing engine. Zero stars
