I called a week prior and set up an appointment to have diagnostic run on my engine that was starting to fail. I was originally asked about the make, model, mileage, and error codes, to which they told me to bring my car in at 8:30 on 11/7/2022. When I got there, not only had they not actually written down the actual appointment, the guy told me he wouldn't touch my car even to run diagnostics because "everything that went wrong with it afterwards I would blame on him" I'm absolutely disgusted by their customer service. I requested time off of work just for this appointment to make sure my car engine remained healthy. If I could rate a 0 star, I would.

great service honest working people that will save you money if they can . the only place i have gone for over 35 yrs. i trust them with my life which is what you do when someone works on your car. they are awesome!!!!!

Honest and dependable. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and always make you aware of what repairs may or may not be needed. I always feel like I'm getting quality service at a reasonable price.
