Because no star can be left. I just left this place along with my fiance as we pulled in the two guys who work there were standing right in front talking amongst themselves. When my fiance got out the car to approach them and inquire about having the car serviced the two guys walked inside the garage as if they did not see nor hear him. As my fiance gets back inside the car both guys made eye contact with me which let's me know they seen us. However neither one of them had the decency to say "Hello, how can we help" or even "we can't serve you" something. So either the 5 star reviews are bogus or as my fiance stated we weren't the right race to receive service here, I pray it is not the latter of the two.
