Didn’t notice while at the shop and work was completed, but they damaged my wheel when I went in to get a tire patched. My tire was also inflated 10lbs over spec. Careless and shoddy work.

Big ripoff. Went to get a valve stem replaced. Didn’t even think to ask how much cause it’s usually 20 on a big truck. The guy says it’s $45 and then when I ask to speak to the guy in charge he said he’s busy. Job was already done. Crooks

DO NOT GET A TIRE HERE.. Got a flat and they replaced it and gave me a "warranty".. the tire lasted 4 hours till it bottomed out on me.

If i could give this tire shop a -0 i would. They are so un professional and owners are rude when they know the messed up the work. I took my truck and workers broke 5 not 1 but 5 studs and know they dont want to be responsible and fix it on their own they send me with a mechanic and so i did since they didnt knew how to fix it and know Silvia doesn't want to pay for the broken studs. Dont come here save your money not worth it....

These people jipped me out of $56. Bought a tire Wednesday by Sunday it was flat. After looking at it, I noticed they charged me for a plugged tire!!! Never again!! Don't give these people your money

I don’t always write reviews, but when you buy new tires from these guys that lasted you more than 1.5 years. I can’t say emphasize enough on how amazing these guys were. They offered me a service warranty with my purchase and stuck to it. Already in contact with them to purchase my new All-Terrain tires from them.

Too shady on basic information. First I asked to speak someone that knows about tires. The lady claimed that she does know about tires. I then asked for a specification of used tires and the brand. She came back and said she does have the specifics to give. She comes back on the phone with a tire percentage of the tire and I asked for the specific tread left, she didn't know what I was talking about. I meant as in 5/32 etc. Anyway, she told me the guys are too busy, so I then asked, oh, so you're in the business of selling tires but you're saying all of your guys are too busy to sell a set of tires and you expect me to buy them like that? Nah. She says they go by percentage and I told her that if they're going by the percentage, they have to have knowledge of the tread depth for that. Don't trust your service with people that don't know the trade that they are in.
