I have been to this mechanic and they have always been helpful. Koffee will test drive the vehicle himself so I feel comfortable that the issue was fixed. He also explained in detail the problem and solution to ensure I understood. The price is reasonable.

Just called them for repair service related to air suspension. And the guy who answered started yelling saying to stop calling them when it was my first time calling and I needed repair done on my car 💀 Took out their frustration on the wrong person, bad customer service. Don’t understand why they did that but not coming to them for any car work.

The worst repair shop I have ever went too. Mr Shawn took my money and did nothing to my car. I brought him to civil court, and won the judgment!!!! The owner wouldn’t give me my money.!!! He is a crook, and a robber!!! Don’t go to him!!!

We recently purchased a car and our temporary inspection had expired. Our mechanic had retired and we didn’t really have one. A friend recommended this place. I called and asked if I may bring my car in for inspection either today or tomorrow. Told me I can bring in today at 4. Needed to wait a bit but they inspected the car quickly, gave some advice about some repairs the car might need. (Need to bring back to dealer since I have the car just over 1 month.) Was very glad that it was done and very grateful they allowed me to bring it in today.
