Took my vehicle in, explained that I just put in a new alternator and thought the wire going to the alternator had a fuse or fuseable link that was blown. They told me the brand new alternator was bad and it would cost $450 bucks to fix. Took it somewhere else and watched the guy check the wire going to the alternator after telling him exactly what I told Eagle tire and auto. It took him about 5 seconds to tell me the problem was the wire going to the alternator, another 20 minutes and $100 dollars later I was out the door with a replaced Fuseable link and a perfectly functioning alternator. Either Eagle tire and auto purposefully lied or they are totally incompetent, it has to be one of those things, either way I will never take another vehicle there again and neither should you.

Wouldn’t repair my tire with a nail in it. Then charged me for putting the spare on my vehicle something I could have done myself for free. One star!

Traveling home from Christmas break, we had low tire pressure and a tiny leak. They quickly got us in, checked it all out, made sure our tires were fine. With no charge, we are simply blown away by this kindness! Whenever we are in the area, we know right where to go. Thank a million, Eagle Tire!

We got towed here after our tires got blown out and shredded on our trip back from Zion to LA. Was super impressed and appreciative had to leave a review! Really nice guys, good pricing, super fast. Would recommend to anyone :)

I called to get a quote to change spark plugs I was told they don't give quotes I need to bring vehicle in. If you are looking for estimate of repairs needed I believe this is not the place then.

Thank you so much! I was driving from CA to ND. I had a motor month go out on a weekend. I was sitting in the parking lot wondering what the heck I was going to do. I had no choice except leave my car. A very wonderful gentleman pulled up delivering filters for his son. I told him I had to keep traveling for a friend. He said it wouldn't be a problem. They fixed my car, I kept in touch and three weeks later I showed up with all my luggage. Car was ready to go and I could go back home. I highly doubt I'll ever be in UT again but if I am and have car problems, this is the place I'm going to go From the bottom of my heart... THANK YOU! Your entire staff allowed me to focus on what I needed to do.

The brake service was great. My husband took the car in. We appreciated them for changing brakes for our 2017 Cadillac car. It cost $174 for two rear brakes which was not bad in our opinion. My upset is WHERE IS OUR TIRE KEY? Seems like we got screwed for losing this tire key. Nowhere to be found like they said they put it back in the spare tire area. So frustrating.

I would not recommend coming here. They did a very sloppy job and frankly just left the job undone. The mechanics were friendly and helpful in getting me an affordable price for part of the repair; however, I wasn’t able to pay for the full repair needed, so I had them tow it somewhere else where I could work on repairing it myself. I soon discovered there were multiple hoses (including an air intake hose) left disconnected, covers under the hood left unscrewed, etc. There was also an air leak that had not been there before the mechanic worked on it. When I reached out to the mechanic after seeing this, he refused to fix the issues/complete the job he had left undone, since it still wouldn’t fix the main issue. I’m disappointed in this work and customer service, especially since I’m a Triple A member, and will certainly not be returning.

Top notch service. I was traveling on business and pulled in with a nail in my sidewall. Can't fix it but offered a used tire that matched my other 3. Didn't try to make me replace all 4. They also helped me deal with my fleet reinvestment. Made it easy. Thanks guys! I was only there about 30 minutes.

We were on vacation last week and got a nail in our rental car tire. We were very lucky to find Eagle Tire Auto Tech. We pulled in, I spoke with the manager and he mentioned they would have a technician look at it as soon as he finished another customers vehicle. We waited a short time. It was getting close to closing time when the technician got to our car. He actually stayed late to help us. They repaired the tire safely and we were on our way. They could not have been any nicer or more accommodating. They got us out of a bad situation promptly and professionally. Thank you so much for your help. You guys were the best.

Words cant express our gratitude and appreciation for this place.. Mike and staff had us back on the road within 2hrs.. Heading home to CA on 4the of July, in a Motorhome, when we got a busted tire. The stress and freak out was real.. But thankfully this tire shop was the only one open and available to tow us.. they also had a tire to replace the busted one.. what could've turned into a long drawn out ordeal, only took 2hrs.. THANK YOU..!!!
