Went there to get my truck looked at they left it on the lift until they closed so I couldn’t call around to get other estimates and then they charge me around $5000 for $2500 job knowing I had to get out of town… I would NEVER recommend this place… I mean they might be better now that they scammed everybody to open up their other store…

Went in for a damaged tire flap and this dude fixed it immediately. Was so kind and professional and didn’t charge me a dime to put a couple new bolts on it. Amazing amazing customer service! Thanks for being honest and dependable.

I have never done business at this establishment but that's about to change. I lost a set of keys and after an employee found them on the street, the two guys in the front office went to the effort to call the Honda dealer to get our number connected to the VIN number. The Honda dealer called me and the keys were quickly restored. I'm amazed at this kind of honesty in this day & age. That's the kind of people I want to do business with. Thank you for great service, Eagle Tire!

I have to sing the HIGHEST praises for Eagle Tire - they treated me with such kindness and respect. They got me in same day and were so fast! I had my two year old with me so that meant a lot! It truly is the best I have been treated at any car place for a long time (maybe ever!) They went above and beyond in their service to me today. I could tell they were doing extra services to my tires that I hadn’t been quoted for to help me out. And to Eagle Tire in bluff, I will absolutely be back. Thank you for such wonderful service all around. ☺️

These guys (and gals) are great. They were fast and the price was good. Very competitive. I just went back to get my air conditioner fixed. I was planning on paying a lot. I had gotten another bid from another place. It turns out, I didn’t need the two things done that I thought I did. They are so honest and only did the work I needed. Everyone is so kind and professional. Jerry and Isaac helped me and I can’t thank them enough.

Tried to scam me for more money!! They told me my car wouldnt start because i needed a new alternator that would cost around $800. I in fact did NOT need a new alternator i needed a new battery!!!

Confused.i was told mechanic would do it in 1.5 hrs...but it called for 2.5 hrs labor...and its 130 hour for labor.why is the labor bill say 440$..? Thats like 3.5 hrs....

I’ve been to other shops before but am glad I switched to eagle gate tires on bluff street. Not only did they have the best price in town but they had great service. My car is now running better than ever! Jerry the manager was very professional and friendly. I will from now on go only here for service and tires. I highly recommend going to eagle gate tires on bluff to anyone looking for great care for their car.

Don’t go here for repairs they up charge the heck out of their maintenance work unless you willing are to pay WAY more than you have too!! Tires are alright, but I could have towed my vehicle back out of there parking lot and had it fixed for way less than what it cost them.

Crooks now! Caught them lying a couple times, last time I called them out and my bill went from $700 to $100. Counter guys are paid on commission, need I say more? techs are incompetent. (My review from 6 yrs ago. Pretty straight and squared away. Treat you fair). .. Now they lie for money. I'll never go back. Ask for your old parts back and watch how fast they back pedal.
