Where do I begin?! My mom and her husband brought their vehicles here. The dealership tried charging my mom over $16,000 for a repair! She was so upset and brought to East Coast, $2400. This was a huge relief and we're so grateful! My car started acting funky and when they engine light clicked on, brought it to East Coast! Professional, funny, great prices, super clean, knowledgeable, and very responsive! I get my car back today and I am so very grateful they knew exactly what to do and kept me informed every step! Cannot recommend them enough!!! Thank you East Coast!!!

The ONLY place to get our cars serviced. The team at East Coast are honest and efficient, and are always upfront with the charges and the time it takes to make repairs. We'll never go back to the car dealer, we only get our cars serviced at East Coast.

Automotive service and customer care done, right! I drive a 2013 and a 2007 automobiles. The vehicles have approximately 150,000 and 135,000 miles on them respectively. East Coast Automotive has done an excellent job of keeping the cars maintained and roadworthy. There have been the usual items that have needed service/repair typical to cars with as many miles as they have on them. With the cost of new automobiles as high as it is these days, I have complete faith in East Coast Automotive helping me keep both vehicles on the road for as long as possible. If you’re looking for a good automotive repair center that you can rely on try East Coast Automotive.

We were on our way out of town for a family road trip. The car was packed, the kids were in their car seats, and we even had the dog ready to go. As we stopped for gas, we noticed that the plastic covering underneath the car front was hanging down to the ground. Omg. In a panic, we called East Coast Automotive in Jupiter. Steve told us to come right over and he’d take a look. Seeing our dire situation, he took us in and within 10 mins, he had us patched up and on the road. He smiled and waved as we were on our way (and we didn’t even have to get out of the car!). Thank you so much to Steve and Luis! Luis was amazing and very knowledgeable. Took my 5-series there to get an estimate on some needed repairs and overall service. They were prompt and professional. Unfortunately the repair cost would have been more than double the worth of my car, so I decided it wasn't worth it. They only charged me 1 hour of reasonable rate labor even though checking the car took much longer. When it comes time to have my new 7-series serviced, I will definitely take it to East Coast Automotive!

Tom, Jeanine, Steve, and the entire team have always done an excellent job with expertly addressing any of the many issues that I've had. They are good, honest, and hardworking people. I had an oil leak in my 2013 F150. I dropped it off at closing time, they called the next day at 11am that it was repaired and ready to go. They seemed very fair and honest. I will definitely use this shop again in the future. Thank you East Coast Automotive!

I have done the full tour of Jupiter/Tequesta getting maintenance and repairs done on my car. It is really a joke. I was referred to East Coast to solve my disappointment. They were spot on from the drop off to the pickup. They explained the needs in layman's terms that I could understand and gave me a to the penny out the door price on needs. They told me my car would be ready by 5 and the pleasant lady (The Owner) called me at 3 and said it was done. Thank you for your awaome service.

I am incredibly grateful for East Coast Automotive. I can trust I am in good hands every time I leave my car with them, I never imagined saying this after many past awful experiences with other automotive shops but yes I trust them. They get right to my issues with a quick solution explaining everything that is going on along the way without anything “extra”. They know what they are doing and I tell everyone I know to go there for your car care, they do it ALL!!

I’ll give them 5 stars. They saved my honeymoon, when the auto train caused the air bags to leak, leaving the car bumping along on the frame. Despite being overburdened, they put (2) mechanics on it and got it out of the shop the same day…so we could catch the autotrain home. My wife thinks I’m great for choosing them to do the job…so she could have more time for my affections! Oh my!

A few months ago, my wife hit a guy in a parking lot, we paid to fix his car at east coast and they did a great job. A couple weeks ago, a (different) guy hit my wifes car in a (different) parking lot. She has a 2022 Suburban with bougie metallic blue paint. I figured we might as well get it all fixed now, almost a brand new rig and it’s all smashed up. I knew this was going to sting so I got quotes from 3 other body shops in the area, one of which being a national brand name body shop which I figured would be the cheapest. East coast was 29% cheaper, and I just can’t say enough about how great the work was. You cannot tell whatsoever that it was in an accident, I am not great at editing so put photos to show, I don’t have a “before” pic of the bumper but trust me, it was not good. The lines are all perfect and the paint is matched absolutely spot on, cannot tell whatsoever that any work was done at all. I also like to support local family run companies around here instead of a national corporate chain with labor that does not care!! True skilled tradesmen, 5 stars all day long. Thank you for being so reasonable honest and relieving our stress! And the car is somewhat dirty in the photos, I assure you the work is perfect

Hands down the best automotive mechanical in the area. Before I connected with them years ago, I shopped half a dozen places and I was shocked by how much they stood out from everyone else. Exactly what you want from an auto shop. They're very direct and to the point. They get it done and you pick up your vehicle. I've been there multiple times and they always diagnose the problem quickly and charge a fair price.
