AVOID AT ALL COST! SCAM ARTISTS!! Tire on the left is my tire that I brought them, just my wheel with a blown tire. Didn't have to take it off my car or put it on. And I paid $66 dollars for the tire on the right with practically no tread. Poor customer service and poor business practices. Would go miles out of my way to avoid. Will ultimately cost you less and get a better tire. (Update) And now day 2 I've discovered the tire is also dry rotting. This place a lawsuit waiting to happen

I just want to say the service was horrible ! I had a flat tire no one bothered to really look at it they just seen a flat tire , okay coo. I have a spare tire which is under my truck that they couldn’t take down because they didn’t have ANY TOOLS for it nobody got under too look ! which I think is ridiculous . I brought a tire from somewhere else, they replaced it , but THE TIRE THAT WAS FLAT just needed AIR to be put into it which SHOULDVE BEEN SUGGESTED THE FIRST TIME . I also stated that I wanted my flat tire back after they put air into it which they thought they was finna sale to someone else put a sticker on it n all and whole time I WASTED MONEY ON A NEW TIRE !

25$ for a tire plug seemed quite expensive. Go to tire shop across from airport, 15$ first 5 each extra.

Just bought a house in Sandston in Jan this year so you know how it is when you need to fund local businesses that are as close to or better than the ones you are used to. Did my research and for this place most of the bad reviews I saw were in reference to bad used tires purchased from here. Now I'm not making excuses for them or any used tire place and I'm not trying to count anyone's pockets but I wouldn't recommend buying used tires from anywhere period. Granted you may get lucky and come across some gently used tires but the odds of that are slim to none. A tire's responsibility is far too important to rely on how well someone else took care of them. I look at a used tire like a donut. Its just something temporary to get you to where you can get new ones. Chances are someone came in to get new tires and left their old ones and thats whats sold to you at a discounted price. But just speaking on my experience today, they were quick and efficient at the best price. I didn't have to wait in line either not to mention they are also open on Sundays. So I definitely recommend them. Also do your research online for new tires and you'll be surprised at the prices. I always bring my own tires to shops like this that way they can just charge me for labor only and no time is wasted. This will definitely be my goto place for mounting and balancing, tire rotations or getting a tire plugged.

Don't go here. They will recommend something you don't even need for more money. Especially if you are a woman and you come by yourself. All I needed was my tire plugged. He tells me I need a new tire. Then asks me if I want to buy a tire from him. I said no. I just need it plugged. Then he tells me he can't do it because he thinks I need a new tire. So I left and went a little ways down the road to Sam's New & Used tires near the racetrack and they plugged my tire in less than 5 minutes with no problem. This place is a joke and a ripoff.

For the most part this is a good place to purchase tires for your vehicle only thing I don't like every time I visit it always one employee that's trys to get over on the customer's if I ask for a use tire don't lie to me and say you don't got nun for I can buy something new right after somebody just told me they had some for a certain price.

Went to have tires installed on a set of rims to tow a vehicle. I left for 5 minutes to get the amount of money they asked for. In the 5 mintues I was gone, leaving the rims there, they put another customer in front of me and didn't touch mine after I waited for 4 other customers in front of me. Will NEVER recommend this tire shop to anyone!

I got my tire replaced quickly on a weekend and at a reasonable price. Wasn’t there for more than 10 minutes. I don’t think I exchanged more than a dozen words with the guy, it was great. I wish all of my interactions with people were that straightforward. Only thing is he didn’t ask what kind of replacement I wanted and just threw a used one on the rim, which was exactly what I came for but I can see how that can cause some issues with them just assuming what you need. If you need tires with no fuss or frills, I recommend.

I would not recommend them to anyone. They definitely stand by no money back even if the tire only last you and hour. They put on a tire that was plugged badly and I had to get a new one because I could not make it back to their business for them to give me another one. I took the tire back and the only thing he said was no money back. Bad business practice.
