I bought a Ford bronco sport there 2023 new I’ve had several problems with it overheating. I’ve had it at East Tennessee dealership twice and two other dealerships East Tennessee Had no Loaner car they had my car for three days. Ford corporate said to rent a car and they pay $45 a day. They failed to say you had to rent a Ford until after the fact, so now they don’t want to pay for the rental car, which is ridiculous that I had to lay the money out in the first place. One of the breakdowns I was out of state ended up in roadside motel for two days they refused to pay for that too, I don’t have anything good to say about them at this time.I used to love Ford. I had a Ford ranger 93 and I drove it to 391,000 miles. Love that truck but this Ford bronco is my fifth Ford product.I hate it.

I arrived with a good idea of what I wanted - car model, spec., color etc - and Scott Davenport went above and beyond to locate the perfect Ford Mustang 5.0 GT for us. Also was well informed regarding lease vs purchase options, working with us to identify the best value approach for us. Simply cannot think of a single way in which his service and attention to detail could be bettered!! Absolute Star.

I had 3 recall repairs to be done. Will was so easy to work with getting them scheduled so they could be done quickly with the least amount of inconvenience.

In December 2023, brought vehicle in for recall repair. Said parts weren’t available but they would call when parts came in. No call or follow up. In August, made appt. For oil change and recall repair a week in advance and specifically asked about recall parts. I was assured parts were available. Dropped vehicle off night before so they could start first thing. At 3:00 PM, came on to check on progress and was told they were finishing up. Waited for over an hour before they told me they had the wrong parts and I would have to come back. Parts arrived next day and I had to wait another 3 hours to complete repair.

A simple part that could be ordered to be installed on my truck and the quote that I received in order to do that was absolutely ridiculous it was $350. I ordered the part which was $80 and it took me 5 minutes to install it. So I will never come to East Tennessee Ford for any type of repair

We came in to look at a single car, test drove it and loved it. The price was WAY out of budget, but our sales person Hunter made sure to still help us find a car we loved. We ended loving this car more than the car we came to look at originally. I highly recommend everyone come and ask for Hunter. VERY respectful, not pushy, listens, and pays attention to detail. Hunter made our trade in as easy as possible. We will definitely be back later in the year to buy my husband a new car! Thank you for your AMAZING AND CARING service Hunter.

As luck would have it, Crossville has an above-average Ford Dealership for all service needs. My car needed a body shop repair to replace the rear bumper cover and check the alignment of the AWD. After meeting Sam, I felt confident having East Tennessee Ford repair my 2019 Edge SEL AWD. My SUV looks excellent as the Tricolor White Metallic matches the original white paint. We would highly recommend East Tennessee Ford for body shop and service needs.

My wife and mother-in-law took our truck up to get the brakes changed at 8 o’clock in the morning for a scheduled appointment and waited for the work to be done. No one in the service department asked if they’re going to be waiting for the work so the truck was parked outside and nothing was done until they checked back around 11 AM. The service member said they did not know that they were waiting. So they started to work on it and didn’t finish till almost 4 PM. So they had to wait in the dealership the entire day for a brake job!! Which also turned out to be very expensive. Over $800 !!

We actually went to East TN RCDJ. The girl we spoke to the day before told us she would have the vehicle up front and cleaned for us to test drive at our 8 am appointment. When we got there she was not there and no vehicle to look at. After waiting about 30 minutes we were greeted by another salesman, Joseph and he helped us through the entire process. The one thing we had an issue with is the price on the Internet showed one price with all accessories in the picture then the accessories ended up to be "add ones" The price is very misleading online.
