Was there for a water pump to my highlander 2017. Everything looked just fine since the car was repaired. But they didn't clean the cooling system very well since the new coolant is universal yellow and the old was red now it looks kind of each one. Also, the coolant reservoir was empty.

In the past I would recommend Dave Kirk body shop - I’ve used them multiple times over the years and had good experiences. The last time I was there we waited 8 weeks for an appt , when the day came , I never got a call reminding me. I dropped it off Tuesday and by Friday I still never heard from them. they don’t offer loaners anymore. This was a small scratch on the bumper that was being repaired . I called Friday multiple times to check on the truck and never could get through. Finally got someone who made it sound like they were bending over backwards to get the truck out by the end of day Friday . Again, this was a scratch that I’ve seen other shops fix same day. With the weekend coming up and no rental options I guess they assume you will put your life on hold? Finally got a call back at 3 pm saying my truck was ready and their staff was leaving early at 4 pm so I better figure out a way to get it . Bottom line, it’s just a different feel these days. The last manager Brandon was super. I’m not a relative or personal fiend of Brandon. But the service was just top notch. This new crew leaves a lot to be desired . Be prepared to beg for an appt and to beg to get your vehicle back.

Had my truck bed replaced and dent in the cab back corner the fix was amazing it look like brand new.
