These guys are great. They've been taking care of all my tire needs for all my vehicles for over 13 years now. Good prices, good services, great guys. Nov 2024 update: Still the best around for local business. Taking care of us locals and showing great customer service always. My first experience getting tire work done outside of big chain places and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need and were able to fix a tire that a chain store said was unfixable.

East Valley Tire Outlet is by far the best service I have ever had at a tire shop they pay very attention to detail I had some issues with my alignment shop they said the tire were bad and I went back to EVTO and no questions asked and the rebalanced toner perfect and I am very with the service

This place is top notch been going here for years I always shop around first but I always end up here. This time I got 4 Michelin knock offs for 659 out the door and I couldn't be more pleased . My truck rides so much smoother with the good brand of tires on it! Thanks so much guys! I will keep referring you to everyone I know !

This used to be the place I go to. I'm not sure what happened, but they flat out fail. Fast talking BS excuses all to inflate prices. Last month, i purchased a used tire 45 bucks excellent tread left no big deal. Went back last week was quoted $55 for a tire worst off than the $45, i just got. On top of that, it really felt like the guy didn't want to provide service to me in the first place, but whatever. Went back on Saturday, Sept 28, 2024, to have 4 new tires installed. I was greeted by some unprofessional guy who somehow changed a price that was just in effect in August 2024 of $100 to install 4 new tires . I even asked when i purchased the $45 tire in August. This salesperson inflated the installation to $140 cash, mind you . He said the city of Mesa and the dump are now charging new fees . Lmao, whatever . I went to not one or 2 but 3 other tire shops in the immediate area . Not one was charging any new city imposed fee or knew what i was talking about. Not one asked for more than $100, and as a matter of fact, i found a shop at ellsworth and Broadway that did the same exact professional job $90 out the door, including normal taxes charged . So yeah, greed is an ugly color .

Great they did a tire valve replaced regularly 20$ job for free because I'm a Army veteran. Will do all my business with them. They have a Veteran discount.

It took 1.5hrs to change 2 tires. Service is too slow. Do not come in the middle of your work day with a blow out.

Another tire shop advised me I needed all 4 tires replaced, I stopped in today at East Valley Tire Outlet to do just that, buy 4 new tires. First they checked the ones on the car and advised the rear ones were perfectly fine and in fact still @ 70%. I ended up only buying 2 but this is why I keep coming back, great service, professionalism, and they truly take care of what the customer actually needs. Thank you East Valley Tire.

Do not pay this place to balance your tires! They will charge you for the service but not do the job! $15 a tire! What a waste of money! I could tell after leaving here that my tires were not balanced properly so l took my car to another shop to have my tires inspected. They told me that l had 3 different types/brands of weights on my rims. They said that if the previous shop (EVT) would have balanced my tires properly then they would all have the same looking weights on them. Included below are some photos l took to show what l mean. These are adhesive weights which I'm told they use on aluminum rims now days. I have 2 new front tires which the car dealership put on my car when l bought it a month ago. (My car is a 2021 Honda Accord) One original tire from 2020 on the back and one tire manufactured in 2022 that East Valley Tires insisted l buy when l got my tires "balanced". Each tire is the same brand, make/model but manufactured in different years. I will definitely never use this shop again for any services in the future!! Side note: their tire balancing machine looks very old and outdated. It's probably never been recalibrated.

A few months back my grandfather hit a curb and his Mazda I took it in to get it checked out because he scraped up the rim pretty good these guys took the tire off made sure everything was good come to find out it wasn't as bad as we thought it was the rim and tire were savable they could have easily told us it wasn't to make a sale but they were honest and upfront so if you are looking for a place you can trust with your vehicle this is a place for you

Avoid if you can. I called to make an appointment and they said I could be seen same day. I drove 25 minutes across town for them to tell me to come back tomorrow. Terrible customer service

I was referred here by a friend that has the same tire size as me. I have 35x12.5r20 A/T tires.. those aren’t cheap. 2 tires had a decent amount of tread left but 2 needed replaced. I got lucky and they had 2 used ones that would fit and I was out the door an hour later with lightly used tires for $212. The buddy that recommended me there bought new tires around the same time I did (again, same size and A/T as well) for over $800 less than I paid for mine from Discount… I’ll be back for a new set when these wear out 👍🏼👍🏼

The guys have always been the best used tires literally look pretty much brand new and also they are honest I thought I needed two new front tires the guys told me I actually only needed one that's rare to find honest business men now days I will NEVER go anywhere else for tires LOVE this tire shop 💯
