I’ve been coming here for over six years, and these guys have been great to work with. They know what the problem is with your vehicle, and want to get it fixed and have you on your way. They never try to sell me something I dont need. Would recommend to use them as their mechanic.

I’ve given them five stars in the past I wish I could add an extra star. I had a flat tire in the rain recently. Honestly, does anyone ever have a flat tire on a nice day? After AAA help me get back on the road, I drove to Eastgate Shell to get the flat fixed. I thought I’d have to leave it and pick it up the next day but, I stopped at a new Japanese restaurant and had a bowl of udon. By the time I finished, I got a text from the boys at Eastgate saying my car was done! Kudos to AAA by the way. These guys know cars. All makes all models.

Called around to a whole bunch of places on Friday when i had a sudden issue come up and they were the only ones able to get me in the same day! Great, professional service and I had my car fixed by Saturday!

The folks at Eastgate Shell are truly mechanical maestros! We've been taking our cars to them for a decade and they've been able to solve every issue we've thrown at them. They're honest, proactive, consistent and thorough. I've referred dozens of folks here over the years and will continue to do so.

These guys are great. Super communicative and made a very stressful situation much easier to navigate after being one of the lucky victims of one of those kiaboy tiktok challenge early model kia car thefts. Good work, communicated with insurance and me every step of the way, and overall isa super friendly team. I've lived in Raleigh since 2009 and honestly prob the best experience with a mechanic I've had in this area.

I was told my license plate sticker is missing, also that my transmission fluid needs to be changed. I depend on them to keep me informed. They are fantastic and dependable. Great service.

These folks offer great old fashioned service! Honest and fair people and they fix them all. Great fuel prices and a safe place to stop with free air. Good selection of drinks and snacks too.

Honestly I haven't fully decided how I feel about this shop. Great first impression, very kind and seemed to know their way around a BMW. Just bought the car and within a couple of weeks, I brought it into them for an oil change. Here's the bad part.. so as I was driving down the road, suddenly something was dragging. I thought it was a piece of metal.. So who's to blame? The car dealership for letting me drive the car off the lot in that condition or the mechanic for not telling me the seriousness of it ?!

Recently went to Eastgate as they carried Interstate Batteries and had the model I was looking for in stock. Really positive experience, they scheduled me for later the day I called, were on time, and had me out in less than 45 minutes. Will use them again.

Took my car there because of a leak. I had identified what I thought the problem was and asked them to check to confirm. The problem was what I had suggested, and they took care of the issue within two hours- for 20% of the cost that the dealer cited JUST to do a diagnostic. Will definitely be taking my care there for future issues!

Eastgate Shell exceeds all expectations, I've never received better auto or customer service. These are genuinely wonderful people. Eastgate was referred to me by a friend who has been a loyal customer there. I've been here on three occasions now. The first visit they offered me a loaner vehicle at no extra cost. On my second visit John got me a great deal on new tires. Today, I hit a curb and slashed my tire. I frantically called Eastgate and the guys told me to come in ASAP. I barely made it there before the tire blew out on me. Little did I know I was bombarding their lunch break - John even asked if I wanted any food since they were picking up an order. They switched out the flat for my spare right away. I've always felt cheated by autoshops in the past, but I gladly give Eastgate my business for the foreseeable future! Thank you for being so kind and good at what you do! Support local!!
