Sonnie is everything you want and hope for in a mechanic. He's HONEST, has VERY VERY reasonable pricing, and the quality of work is TOP NOTCH. My car drives like it's brand new now (I had my rotors resurfaced, my struts replaced, rack & pinion fixed). I made the mistake of going to another shop that's closer to my house (out of pure laziness) prior and they quoted me 3X what Easthaven charged me. Lesson learned, from now on I'll make the slightly farther drive and only go to Sonnie. I'm skeptical about some of these 1 star reviews because I've been going to Sonnie since 2012 (maybe even earlier) and have never had a bad experience here. I have been driving the same car since 2014 to give you an idea of the quality of their work. He never pressures you to do anything you don't need and if you think he's expensive, you're in for a rude awakening when you go somewhere else. The simple fact that he's an honest guy means everything. Thank you Sonnie/Easthaven!!

I would not even give him a 1 star. He is a cheat. I had strut problem in my car. Charged me about $1500 and changed / fixed the strut and within 8 months i started getting noise and when i got inspected i was told the same struts need to be replaced. Did a crappy job on my brakes too. Buys old or used parts to replace with temporary fix / repair to the cars, just enough to last for his warranty period. I would stay away from this auto repair shop.

The $1700 body work worsted ever. Very dissatisfied, too regret after make a good review on 1st time. Not acceptable after the frame pull out without re-prime ( protect corrosion ). The picture took at final completed work done.

SOOO IMPRESSED!!!! I had my car repaired here and they did an awesome job! They were super fast! Very inexpensive! Repaired some relatively significant rear end damage from an accident and repaired some other minor cosmetic imperfections I had put in the car myself (whoops!) The repair was SUPER FAST! And it came out looking like NEW! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and would refer my friends, family, and neighbors here in a heart beat!

On these South Central side of Texas I have been to many auto dealerships and for a small dealerships I would recommend this place to all. Their very personal. I deliver auto parts to them and others. Remember you want your car to last long. And they'll take care of you.

The owner is very unprofessional and dishonest. I wouldn't recommend this repair shop unless you know about your car and it's issues because I wouldn't trust their judgement.

This place is amazing. Family owned and operated. I’ve referred multiple friends there and have had no complaints. Anything wrong or not to my liking they fix. Just easy to work with. Not sure about the negative review for towing issues because I don’t think they even offer that. Sonny is fair and has always treated me right. So if you get a chance give them a try I do not think you will be disappointed

My family has been using this repair shop for 3 generations. They are ALWAYS great! They will work with you and your insurance company and make sure you are satisfied with all work. They will take care of your car like it is their own. My car had been rear ended and this is it after getting it back home. Thanks Sonny.

Promised a fixed price when they did estimate then when I got my car towed they said to this shop they charged higher. I disagreed and had to get my car towed away but they did anything they could they get more money from me (charged me a very expensive tow fee, forced me take a day off to give them cash because they do not accept any other payment method even money order, charged me storage fee !!). They requested the tow service for me and when I got the car back I lost my hood! I knew it was damaged but it was still attached to my car before it got towed. They said while towing they just lost it. Please for your own sake avoid this place

This guy is amazing, this shop was recommended by a friend and I'm glad I checked it out. He gives the best rates I've ever seen, labor timed to the minute, and will only fix what's wrong. For example I wanted to get my brakes done and 2 other shops said I needed to change the rotors also, came here and he said your rotors are fine just change the brakes and the price was very fair. Stuff like that makes lifetime customers. Highly recommend.
