He put air in my tire then charged me 3$ for putting air in one tire , should have said that to begin with I would’ve went to QT free 🫠

I would rate it a zero if I could absolutely horrible customer service the lady who was the owner was very rude and she seemed to be drunk .she had one person working on four people tires I was there for over and hour with one of my tires off just for her to tell me she didn’t have my tire so I asked them to put on my spare tire and she charged me 30$ and to make it matters worse a stranger who was waiting in line like me put my spare tire on because he seen the guy that worked for her was over worked and taking long she still charged me 30 because her jack was under my car I will never go there again ever

I came here to get tire serviced and dealt with some of the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. I’m not sure if the lady is the owner but she is extremely rude and dismissive. Price listed is not the price you pay. But to be fair, the tire technicians were very professional and got tire serviced quickly but this would be my first and last visit. First impression is everything!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I reached out to this establishment Sunday in search for a tire I was ecstatic that they had my tire size and the price was great for an used tire. I arrived and was greeted by the owner (a young lady unfortunately i did not catch her name) i gave her my tire size again and waited patiently to be serviced. After 30 minutes I grew concerned and asked was everything okay on account of never experiencing a long wait time for a tire change (i was the only customer on the lot) i was then informed by said “owner” that they did not have my tire size and will have to put on the next size available. I made a brief phone call to my partner before i okayed the different tire size. Another 30 minutes rolls around and im still jacked up with no tire I asked again out of concern because now its been an hour and I’ve yet to see a tire. She gave me an excuse about the tire rim but eventually i received a tire. Today I reached back out to said “owner” on account to my vehicle shaking due to the tire replacement she assured me she’ll take care of and and to come back to the tire shop. I was delighted but that changed quickly she made numerous complaints on how she looses money by doing these tire replacements and how she is tired of customer complaints about her tires( this was my first purchase with her).She looked me and my partner in the face and told us if anything happened to the tire that was just installed WE WERE DEAD (meaning she will not replace this tire). I was in utter shock that an business owner would speak to their customers in that manner. Then she proceeded with comments of saying how her tires have holes in them they just do patch work. Like WOW I pray that 65.00 bucks take her a long way. Ill put my suv on my back and walk to a tire shop in the other direction before i ever purchase from Eastside Tires again!

Horrible I mean HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! And there buying bad tires and plugging them and selling folks them tires don’t shop stay away just spend a lil more and get new don’t waste your time . And if they sell you a bad tire the “owner” will tell you nothing she can do about it

They helped me and went Above and beyond when I blew my tire out Me & my wife would recommend them to anyone who needs a tire change oil change or to purchase a used or new tire definitely and Price that they gave wasn't steep at all especially for the assistance they gave me anyone and everyone should go check them out for sure

Tire was installed on Saturday and is going flat 3 days later. A little disappointing…will likely need to replace the tire again sooner than I hoped. Don’t waste your money!

Rude receptionist - called lady and she stated that it’s 30$ to take the rim off my old tire and put it on my new pre owned tire and 40$ at night. Again this is without putting the tire on my car lol. Was about to ask full labor price but my chance was taken when she hung up in my face. Some people do it for the money some do it because they like the job.

Flipped and balanced my tires there. In the middle of the process they run out of balancing weights. On the wheels which they did balance they just put extra weights, leaving old weights hanging on the wheel which is a mistake, old weights need to be taken off before balancing. We made an agreement to meet the next day to finish the work. They were closed, despite me coming at the work hours time. And of course Its not open 24 h as claimed by Google. Price is affordable, and the owner/employee are super friendly and nice people, that's why I am adding one more star on my rating.

I honestly wish I could give no stars , I just went there on a Sunday , the lady lied to me over the phone saying she had my tires , I drove all the way there to find out they didn’t have them ,( I need specific tires all wheel drive) then her and the guy lied and said they were at a place down the street and they need a deposit to get them so I said no they asked me to wait there I waited for 40 more minutes after already being there 30 mins and driving 20 for them to say , “ ohh I forgot today was Sunday , just give me a deposit and I’ll get them tomorrow “ …don’t go there the tires are ashy and old and they have horrible customer service , I honestly wish I could give them negative stars

Markell is awesome! He took care of the screw in my tire quickly and made everything easier than I thought possible. I will be coming back here anytime I need a tire patched or plugged. Markell definitely deserves a raise!

This place is trash the owner tried to charge me 80 dollars for a tire that had 3 plugs in it I told her never mind would they be able to put my spare tire on she charged me 50 dollars to put my own spare tire on all of her tires are bad tires they take old tires off peoples cars plugging them and reusing them this is the worse place to ever get a tire from please don’t even waste your time

WORSE SERVICE I HAD IN MY LIFE !!!!!! I got a flat tire. I got my car towed here by AAA. It said 24 hour service on the building & google. But when I got here no one was here. I call the number on the building a lady answer & tell me some one be here shortly & they’re on their way. 2 1/2 hours go by no one still arrived. I been calling & every time they said 10 more minutes.All I was asking was for real honest ETA & I couldn’t get that. I was told the man fixing the tire is only coming from 10 minutes a way & I’ve been here over 2 hours. I’m typing this while I’m still here waiting. WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE
