Great place. I trust them with my car. After taking my car to a couple of different shops, this is the only place I’ll keep going to. Service is always on point and they do honest work. They resolve issues here without giving you new ones.

I had an emergency with my radiator, and the car was getting hot. Technicians at ECM helped me right away and within a few hrs I was on my way and definitely recommended them. .

My Dads Vehicle a 2004 kia Sedona was brought to receive his yearly inspection, the Mechanic informed us that everything was okay except the computer were reading certain codes, that has to be corrected, Before the Inspection was done.he informed my dad, that after he completes the Repair Service that the fault codes will not return and it should pass Inspection Accordingly after the repair service was done they charged us $350, but they did not provide a receipt or Invoice for the work that was done, Immediately after the van was picked up the check engine light was still on.We took the van back , and he informed us that he was going to resolve the check engine lite issues for the van to pass inspection, they had the van for over 2 weeks, and kept giving us the run around, about when it was going to be ready, Eventually we had to pickup the van , and take it to another Inspection Station to be serviced when I inquired about the (NYVIP3) Inspection waver and they had no clue what that was When I looked up the shop in the DMV Database they Had a different name, it was listed as Robel Auto Repair, So they are not even registered with the DMV AVOID, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP, NOT PROFESSIONAL, MAY BE SCAMMERS

This shop did wonders with my lexus. Workers do speak Spanish but know fix cars without a doubt. I found a new car shop in Brooklyn.

They are very good most sandy I was have another mechanic and cover a lot of money and sandy suggested bring my car here is very chip than the others mechanics I recommended to my sister too become another mechanic tell her the problem with her car was 1700 and I tell her bringing to sandy he fix everything and just cover 700 dollar

Don’t go here they don’t do good work at all if anything at all to the car you will leave with you checkEngine light on every timeThis is happened to me with multiple cars going to this place I figured the first one I was just a toss up in the air maybe I had a bad car But after the second one I started to notice the little things they do to make you come back like not screwing everything will not change your oil telling you that they do and tell you to drive 200 miles on the same oil just to see how the car ride is taking a long trip...... don’t trust These people with your carThey put junkyard parts on your car and get bad with you by new car when you buy new parts and don’t get them through them I can go on and on about these people......

I brought my car here, was forced to pay a deposit before work was done. I wasn’t given an estimate, after five days of no word I decided I wanted my car back, they would not give me it back til the next day. I went there basically demanding my car, and instead of having a fixed car I was given the wrong part and charged 150 dollars for an oil change. I refused to pay. When I was driving the next day the repair they made clearly didn’t work, and the oil tank was empty. They are thieves and take no pride in customer service. Highly incompetent and they will break your car if you disagree with them. The next mechanic I took it to pointed out all the damage that they had done to my vehicle.

I took my truck to them in 2017, they literally took my car apart (engine) and once they put it back together 5 days later the problem still existed and I spent $1000 for nothing! Stay away from this shop, they are a rip off!
