I called the shop with a few questions and the person that answered the phone literally said “I have a costumer in front of me “ and hung up the phone when I was not even done talking. Real bad costumer service.

I Just called for a estimate on the front brake pads for my vehicle and customer service over the phone was horrible could only imagine what it would have been like if I would have taken my car into this shop for service

I'm currently stationed in Yuma, and have family in Tucson and friends here in Vegas so I'm constantly getting my oil changed and requesting other services. Out of all the places I've received car service, this place are by far the best. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly! As I sat there waiting for my services be completed, I couldn't help but notice how personable and courteously each customer was handled besides me. I came in for just an oil change but they went above and beyond. The guy took care of every question and concern I've been having with my car that no one else took the time to bother even trying to answer or check on. This just goes to show the knowledge, skill and over-achiever mentality these guys have. The guy at the front desk with the tattoos on his hand and arm definitely represents the company professionally, enthusiastically and with pride. I never fill out comments on places unless its worthy of praise or worthy of needing to be blacklisted. Its hard to find workers like that these days..needs a damn promotion.
