This is a great shop! I've been here quite a few times. Every time I have gone to this service center an employee will come right up to me. No need to wait long. All of the employees that I have encountered were very kind and professional. Marcus helped me with lights for my vehicle. I appreciated his assistance. He definitely went over and above! When I am back in town this is where I'll go. I highly recommend this Complete Service Center.

Again another consistent place. For oil changes checkups and I'm sure there's other things. It depends what ails your car or what you think might be wrong. But they are there to help you. I've been going there for years. It's a good place to go to for car care.

Awesome shop. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dave is great. Always a busy shop but they are pretty efficient at getting the job done. Fair prices. My favorite oil change and repair spot now. Highly recommended.

I had some work done in my car and I knew it was a popular place. Never been there. I have a mechanic down the street but he’s getting too expensive. I had a serpentine belt attention or go out. The prices are very reasonable and they’re very friendly they got me to get a tow from somebody. David helped me and he was really really nice and so is all the other boy guys answer the phone. They put a lot of other people out to shame for customer service they went above and beyond they even found a tow truck for me. That was just off-the-wall not I would definitely go back and I will recommend them to everybody. Thank you so much. I am so glad you guys are around and thank you for being open on Sundays and being honest.

I have been coming to this location for at least 2 years. All my life, taking my car for service felt that some shops tried to scam me into things I don't need. But not at this econo lube. Also, the service is fast even when I don't have an appointment. Will continue to come back.

I taken my jeep there to get head resurface and they charged me new water pump and timing chain thermostat and belt and now bill is $7000 get out they hold my car and they don’t care and they don’t want work with me on payment plan and plus they did not even keep me updated on car at all

If i could give Absolute ZERO STARS I WOULD . I see that everybody has something so good to say about DAVID ! But what do you all don’t know , the actual owner The man who ACTUALLY CALLS THE SHOTS . GOES by the name of TOMMY LY ! Is a malevolent Spiteful Human being *if he is even one * . Tommy , David, Issac ALL OF THEM . Has been leading Me and my family Astray Since they Destroyed Our Engine in the first place . WE HAVE Experienced SOOO many losses & casualties because of ECONO ! I’m a mother Who’s has been trying to get back into the world looking for jobs . This place Has Not only Intercepted Me Actually getting hired but has KEPT MY CAR FOR MORE then 30 days and didn’t even or want to notify us at the time . The “ MANAGER” “DAVID” has agreed we’ve Been MESSED OVER BY THE OWNER TOMMY LY ! he has been on the phone with my partner Telling us “ I have to give tommy a call again” “ I can only do so much , Because i can’t make those decisions “ “ whatever he says, I have to listen to what “ TOMMY” Says” . So the MAN EVERYBODY ON THE REVIEWS OOOHHH SOOOO LOVVVEEEEE “ DAVID” is supporting an owner who does DIRTy, UNTRUSTWORTHY BUSINESS ? yea THEY ALL DO ! They all support “Tommy ly’s” GREEDY, SELFISH, FILTHY MINND! ECONO lube and tune& Brakes All are in favor of they’re BELOVED TOMMY LY !! The one who PUT ME AND MY SONS LIVES AT Jeopardy On a highway twice !! I have never in my 25 years of living dealt with somebody so UNPROFESSIONAL so SELFISH How is it that we have every single piece of evidence confirmation from David that we are being messed over that this situation is not right And that we deserve JUSTICE !! But yet ECONO LUBE AND TUNE CANT GIVE US JUSTICE??????? !! 💀💀 We are being told that they will not, and cannoT help us BECAUSE THE OWNER TOMMY LY REFUSES ! This is a serious legal matter, and anybody that is reading this need to take this paragraph and what I’m saying very seriously DOOO NOOTTT GOOO HERREEE ! Because All I have right now is a piece of crap SUV sitting on the curb tires are already flat from not moving, because it completely broke down Thursday july 25,2024 . Pretty disappointed with Econo Lube.. been using the Fulton location for years but on my last visit I didn’t recognize anybody. Watched them screw over the customer before me saying her belts cost $8500 to replace… they tried to pull the same on me before i called them on it. Got a call from the manager after i left, apologizing for the high quote! Dont go there if you dont know what’s wrong with your car, they’re not the old Econo…

This place is so underrated. The techs are the smartest people on earth. I took my car to the dealer and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it so I brought it to this place and David was amazing, I see why he is a manager way to go sir

I’ve taken my Toyota Venza 2010 to Econo Lube twice. Both visits I’ve received top notch customer service that is rare in Sacramento. It’s refreshing to find a mechanic shop that is honest with integrity. Always fitting my vehicle. HAPPY MOTHERS DAY 👩!

Best service around. All the techs are straight up and don't try to upsell. They give good service at a fair price in order to maintain long-term customer relationships. They will give you a heads up as to something needed down the road but if it's not an immediate concern, they don't push it. If you have follow up questions they are very receptive. Ask for Dave- the ZZ Top looking guy, he is a total professional.

Here is another awesome review! My wife and I went in to grab a fresh oil fill-up for our 4-Runner. It has 170,000+ miles so it's getting up there. Asked Dave what the best flavor and type of oil would be needed and he didn't throw us the most expensive option but the best option. That was great! This business is honest, quick, clean and the employees are really cool. Dave ( in the pic) was funny and just a nice guy. Marcus chatted with us while checking out and he was a cool guy, too. All around, I would definitely use this Econo Lube N' Tune & Brake for everything automotive that they can handle because it's hard to find an honest place so there's no need to look elsewhere. Thanks everyone at Econo for doing a great job at a great price and fast! Customer for life.

Just had my car serviced here and I honestly think they scammed me because I’m a female and it’s really upsetting. I spent over $900 for them to fix only one thing but then come to find out I received other quotes from other places and other people and the service I received shouldn’t of been over $900. Should’ve been less than 500 now I am struggling to fix my car again because it’s still not fixed and lost out on almost $1000. So honestly by all means they’re quick at what they do, but I don’t think they really care so I would recommend it especially for Girls females women get a quote. Just get the diagnostic. Do not get the service done right away look around check your options check other quotes and go from there because the first place to go will be the first place that will try to scam you. Not going here ever again

I would no stars if that was a option.... Do not trust these so called mechanics.... My husband took out 2015 Hyundai Genesis here because this is where we go for oil changes and never had a bad experience.... until my car over heated... we it took them, after an hour and they told us we needed a whole new engine that it had failed their test... they couldn't even tell us what caused the engine to fail.... just that we need a new engine.... the estimate had a price of $7,000+ ..... I have been so stressed and spent hundreds (almost a thousand) on a rental vehicle because I didn't want to drive my car after finding that out. That has been my solution until I can afford the $7,000. Something told me to get a 2nd opinion so that is what I did. A month later and I am just finding out my radiator has crack in it and multiple tests have been run on my engine and was told my engine is perfectly fine and has lots of life left to it. Needless to say this place will not get my business anymore!!!
