Got my daughter’s car towed there because it wouldn’t start and they said they would call the next day after they diagnosed it. It’s almost a week later tomorrow will be exactly a week and no callback yet. Also they don’t answer any time we try to call there. There is no option to leave a voicemail, it just rings continuously. She can’t exactly go there since she has no car and I’m in another state. I even tried calling to ask about price because I will primarily be paying for the repair costs. I see they have high ratings so I’m hoping someone calls us back or at least answers the phone soon so we can get an idea of how much it will cost and get her back on the road.

Didn't greet me. I greeted him. Asked him how he was doing. He refused to say anything just staring at me. I asked again, how are you today? I guess he gave me what could be considered a barely head nod. Never said anything. Never said hi or even asked how could he help me. never asked me how I was doing. I thought maybe he had a disability at first. Then I asked him about some work. He talked just fine. Just discourteous and disinterested in an African American coming into his business.

Quick fast estimate informative the guy at the desk said he would order the exact Muffler for my vehicle instead install Direct Fit Muffler and pipe and took my catalytic converter realized after a month later the pipe broke.. working on taking them to court wouldn't advise going there

Went to get a quote for window rubber seal. To our surprise the serviceman took the time to reinsert it at no cost!!! What a deal 👌 👏!!!

Was on the phone with a guy that works there. He was rude, impatient and extremely unprofessional. They may fix well, but their customer service is trash. Would not recommend.

I wouldn't recommend this place. They're super rude, unhelpful and don't really give you any real help if you don't really have any real automotive knowledge. They prob do good work though, but their costumer service is trash.
