Called and spoke to Jeff yesterday. Very polite, professional and patient with some questions regarding tires brands I wanted. I selected the exact tires I wanted along with an oil change and alignment. They had the tires in and installed the next morning by noon. In my opinion very reasonable prices as well. Will definitely go back and recommend to others.

Mark and Jeff are fantastic... Very fair, and honest. Absolutely no bullshit sales tactics like you experience at the Florida tire chain stores. I've been buying tires there for over 30 years...

Thank you for taking such great care of this visiting West coast Hurricane evacuee. Not only did I need to replace a set of hard to find tires…they found them and had them the next day and took great care and saved me money! I've been going to this place for over 5 years. Their office staff is great. They do their best to take care of you BUT the guys in garage working on your vehicles are questionable. I took my car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. When my car was done, they told me one of my bolts was missing. This was odd because when I brought the car in all 5 bolts where on each tire. They order me a new one but it didn't match what was originally one the tire. Second issue, 3 weeks after the oil change my coolant light went on stating it was low. How is that possible if I just had the car serviced.? Turns out they never tapped off any of my fluids as they said they did and what I paid for. Lesson learned. I'll won't be going back which is unfortunate because I do like the office staff but I don't think they pay attention what is going on in the garage and the service the customer's are really getting. Customer service and quality should be a high priority but it's obviously not.

My 76-year-old landlord took her car to this guys for ac blowing warm. They quoted her $2900 to replace the whole system without even checking her car. we went to another shop, and they refilled her ac system with freon. The problem is fixed. It is shameful to try to take advantage of an old lady like that.

Great mechanic shop! Finally a shop that actually diagnoses and repairs the vehicle the first time. My Buick Encore had a check engine light on for months and Schumaker charged me so much to never fix the problem. I was able to schedule service with this shop and they fixed the problem within hours. My car runs great again. Thank you so much for helping me enjoy my car again!! This family has my business for life!

This tire business is the best in Jupiter Fl. I visited 3 other tire stores today but none had my size tire nor did they offer to order 1. Economy Tire not only ordered a tire but put my spare on while I wait for the new tire to come in..very efficient and friendly with affordable pricing.

Pretty disappointed, after buying tires from them earlier this year I thought they were different than the other shops in the area. I took my truck in for a rotation and oil change. So after they told me it was ready and I paid, they say oh there's a note here that you have a broken lug stud and missing lug nut. Interestingly enough nobody has touched the wheels since they installed the tires earlier this year. So when did the stud break? I don't know. What I do know is last time I personally rotated the tires I broke two studs so when I went in earlier this year for new tires I was fully expecting to hear that they broke some studs and needed to replace them even moreso this time with the rotation. I was fully prepared to pay for the replacement of the studs but no I wasn't told this until after it was put back together off the rack and ready to kick me out the door. That said it seems they do good work though. Par for the course I guess.

This small local company is amazing. I discovered a tire leak today without any outward sign of the cause and the mechanic agreed. The lady in charge asked the mechanic to take the tire off the rim, after he confirmed no outward sign. He discovered a common problem with, older aluminium rims, "corrosion" pushing the rubber away from the rim. They cleaned the seal area and applied a sealer... all of this for a price that would not even cover the pay of the mechanic. Just an example of their customer service and marketing finesse to attract loyal, fairly treated, customers. These ethics and determination are very hard to find these days but Economy Tire in Jupiter is the supreme example of what a business should be. Thank you ET.
