The owner was respectful and helpful. They delivered wonderful customer service, very efficient and great prices. It’s a family owned buissness. I won’t go to any other place to change my tires. They’re the best at what they do

I called this place & spoke with owner, he told me he had 4 good used tires ( same brand) when I got there they were NOT the same brand. He also charged me for an alignment which they did not do! My car was driving horrible when I left. I had to go back AGAIN which is completely out of my way! 6 months later the wire was coming out of my tire front tire. Horrible place! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Terrible experience. We agreed in a lyft service for my car, and after being done I notice the work was incomplete and no type of refund or solution was offered even though there was an agreement from the beginning. Had to go to a different shop to fix their mess and ended up paying double. Save yourself the trouble

I put my trust in this shop TWICE and I regret coming back. Joanne was great with customer service, explaining details etc. But unfortunately she is out currently and her brother was immediately unprofessional(rude) over the phone. I brought my car in for a new tire because mine had a nail in it. On the phone he stated a brand new tire would be $89.99 and then in person, he said it would be $99.99 for a new tire... I didn't even say anything I just told him that a used tire will be fine for now for 45$. Before they started working on my tire I asked if they could not use the machine to tighten my lugs on the tire.. the last time I brought it in they used the machine and stripped 2-3 lugs on EACH of my tires. ( I had a total of 8 or 9 lugs my father and I had to replace // it was a 14+ hour job that should've taken a couple hours max. when I was just changing out my front and back breaks-- which also costed me my wheel alignment that I just got done because we had to fully break down each wheel to be able to replace those lugs. SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS). So, they swapped tires and they told me my car was ready.. I pay and drive off and notice my tire light is still on. He answers and says to drive 20 minutes and it will disappear and if not call back. I continue to drive on it and it continues to stay on and even blink sometimes.. I call the shop the next day and let him know it never disappeared and he just continued to speak over me and make me feel like as if it was my problem to begin and end with.. so i merged the call with my father (who is a mechanic himself for 40 years)and the guy continued to speak over my father and didn't even try to hear his concerns / what happened previously. What business man tries to make their clients feel like they're the problem and not try to fix the issue? I can't trust this place. These issues have costed me so much time and money that I can't even afford :( The way he handled the situation with me and then the same with my dad.. was completely wrong and unprofessional. If Joanne was here it would have been handled way differently I believe.

Mathew is awesome, came in for some tires gave me great pricing . Did an alignment and had me on the road in no time. Fast friendly and fair…..Highly recommended

Econotires is the best place to get all my tires and alignments done for all my cars. My family has been coming here for 35 years !! Mathew is always taking care of me and my family as well as the staff they go ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! THERES NO OTHER COMPANY I WOULD GO TO! TRUST ME GUYS TRY THEM OUT THEY ARE AMAZING AND VERY Professional! IN WHAT THEY DO! YOU WOULD NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! THANK YOU GUYS FOR SO MANY YEARS OF SATIFIED SERVICE!
