No fue mi mejor dĂa visitando este lugar. Llegue y estaba vacĂo y despuĂ©s empezaron a llegar personas y atendĂan a la misma vez, resultado, demoraron más d la cuenta y cuando preguntĂ© el trato no fue el mejor y me cobraron por adelantado un trabajo q no fue el mejor ya q pedĂ q no me pusieran pinchos en las gonas y justo eso hicieron

Wonderful service!! They use to give wonderful service here. I'm going to edit my review today as I don't know what's going on with these people, I went to their tire shop today 10/13/24 and there was nobody before me and they just ignored me and a black lady came after me and the store owner got up to attend her. Didn't even ask me what I needed nor did his assistant. Please go elsewhere You don't need this Rudeness!!

I got a used tire for 70 and it was a special tire not any of the other centers had. So I was happy. If you pay with a credit card you have to pay more for a fee so bring cash bc that’s a crap business process they make customers pay for so it is a choice of the business to charge you instead but it’s illegal if you use a debit card to charge a fee. Bc I think that sucks I took a star away

Stay away. Put new tires got from Walmart without balancing them co.planing that his machine is not good and to come back in 2 weeks. Paid $80 for 4 tires and then blamed the tires were not good. What a waste. Had to go back to Walmart and return them to buy new tores and install them there.

Went there with a tire for my 2014 Can-am Spyder RTs and they were able to replace the tire with the new I brought over myself. The price was super reasonable. Have often brought my vehicles and they always come thru in a clinch. I make the best of the time waiting entertaining myself with the small little dogs there. Strongly recommended

I don't recommend this place. The person (Edwin) lie to me about the condition and price of the tire. It is better to go to stores in Brandon or Tampa. You may pay a little bit more in reputable stores but you get new tires and safety installation. Summarize: Don't waste a penny in this shop. Don't put your money and safety in the hands of these people. Stay away from this place.

PĂ©simo lugar, mi esposo y yo pasamos para cambiar una llanta, ya que solo tenĂamos el repuesto, y la persona que nos atendiĂł, no se su nombre pero tenĂa acento Cubano y algo robusto, no nos quiso atender, fue realmente grosero y dijo que si querĂamos que cambiara la llanta tenĂamos que esperar a que tomara un receso. No pierdas tu tiempo en venir aquĂ.

Absolutely terrible place i definitely do not recommend, i went in to change my tire he sold me a used tires for $70 each which is over priced, and he didn’t have a balance machine either not sure how, anyways i went to another shop and got them balanced drove home next day one of the tires went flat so i drove there and asked for him to change it and he did not have another tire and then told me to wait every Saturday they get tires i said just change it to one of my tires and give me a refund for the one tire and he just started arguing and showed me HIS GUN ON HIS HIP to scare me off, absolutely terrible owner and terrible service bad tires and workers do not know how to work dont go there or he will pull a gun on you.

I just Eddies tire center I have a ridiculously busy day ending with me driving all the way back to Atlanta I got a flat last night and I needed to get it changed as quick as possible I showed up right when they opened their employee Louiie Was really busy but he stopped what he was doing and he was super helpful he save me a lot of money he fix my tire really quick he put it on for me and I was in and out of there and way less than an half hour I went in there ready to pay anything just to get a tire and he was honest and he took care of me And literally saved my whole day gave me an hour and a half to actually rest before my crazy day starts five stars Five Tire shop to get my Tire shop to get my stars I’m so happy with the way they took care of me that I was planning on getting four brand new tires for my car this summer I live in Atlanta but I come to Tampa all the And I’m planning when I buy my four new tires to go back to Eddie’s I’m planning on coming back to spend my money here cause this was customer service great job Louie thank you so much

You get what you pay for! The service was horrible with Inexperienced mechanics. When I returned after getting my tire plugged & it was still leaking air, I was greeted by the mechanic saying "Damn! Everybody keep coming in here with some damn complaints!" I wouldn't recommend this place at all!!

Literally the worst scam ever you first if you go to get just air they charge $2 which they don’t even tell you til after they put it in(which if I was told okay cool but they don’t say anything til after)on top of having you wait (20-30+min FOR AIR)…Tires I promise you can get them new mounted and balanced for cheaper then you will here with less wait time and better customer service oh and a pit bull who isnt even grown that they leave overnight chained up with no visible water or food

DONT GO TO THIS TIRE SHOP !!!!!!!!! This is the worst tire shop to ever go to! I called at 3:07pm to ask about my tire I had a blow out he said give him 10mins I made it to him at 3:30 after waiting heading that way he said he was on lunch after waiting 30mins. Get there they have my tire wait another 40 mins for them to try to switch the tire out cuz they blew it trying to put it on. Then had a bad attitude worst customer service on top of being very slow.

They just lost a customer for sure. I went to change a tire, the employee there was rude and because the tire had a security nut he said he could not do nothing. When i was leaving owner said he could change the tire, he told the employee before saying no to anyone he should ask him first. When the owner turn his back the employee sat down on the floor made funy faces..Yes we laugh at the momento turning our heads but we consider disrespectful to the owner. Moving to the next part, asked owner how much would it be, he said $65 for the tire and $10 because where you put air in the tire was bad so i told him to change it.. $65 + $10= $75 i know about takes but when i got home look at the receipt because wife look at the bank account and the charge $94 plus some change. Called them up today (Moday) changed the tire saturday and spoke to the owner, he understood and told me to go by the shop for refund of the extra charge. His employee does not deserve this job, he is so rude.

Asked for a quote for new tires and they said they would call me back in 10 minutes. Called back an hour later after no contact and they hung up on me lol. Not sure what business doesn’t want easy money but this place is run terribly. Maybe good for cheap used garbage but don’t try to get new tires.

I don’t recommend these people even for a bicycle tire bought a used tire and I that everything has gone up but to charge me $70 for A used tire that had a massive hole in that ain’t no way they can tell me that they didn’t see it because it’s a pretty big hole. I live in Lakeland on the way back home. Not even 15 minutes after leaving their shop I get a low tire pressure warning on my dashboard it was losing 1 pound Air every five seconds I myself have a business and one thing is to sell someone a used tire with not too much thread on it at the end of the day. It is a used tire, but another thing is a sell tire a pretty big hole in it and then charge them like it’s an almost new tire, a couple of times get straight to voicemail and since I live in Lakeland, it’s not like it’s a 10 minute drive for me it’s an hour drive and by the time I close up my shop they would be closed so, in my opinion, my recommendation don’t even get a bicycle tire from this shady place and if you decide to still go and get a tire from them, make sure you check it Before paying for it,

Went there twice and the fat guy there needed me to help him do the job I paid them to do when he obviously saw me trying to get my autistic son under control. Then had the nerve to have a bad attitude. I can see a hater from a mile away bro but it's ok. Get your money up and you won't have to work on nice cars all day and can own one yourself bud
