Had never had issues until last time i went to get a flat fixed. dude said my car had “una bola” and i said okay I guess ill buy a new tire he ignored me and walked around my car and then told me all my tires had ‘bolas’ which i found weird bc my tires are less then a year old. Went somewhere else to get my tires checked and all my tires were good. Never thought they would try to scam me. Very disappointed!

Damaged my wheels and refused to take responsibility. The first pic is how the wheel looked like when I first stopped by the shop- the second shows the clear damage they left. Not only did they refuse to accept responsibility, but the "no sabo" guy with the face tats started posturing and getting in my face. Speaking to the manager was of no use either- despite the clear before and after pics she lied straight to my face and insisted the damage was already there. These people have no integrity let alone pride in their work- avoid at absolutely all costs.

Do yourself a favor and DON’T WASTE your money. I came here since it was near my home. Big mistake. Took my car for an alignment. After 2 days I took it back since there car was not aligned. They told me it was normal but they can do me a “favor” and look at it again. A week later, I decided to take the car somewhere else since the car was now pulling hard to the left. Here is where they show me how they damaged the alignment arm by stripping it. I went back to report this to management and get the refund and the part replace. They denied refund and replacement.

They sold 2 tires for 130$ and they came with tiny nails on the side in 2 days I had to patch them up this place is over charged and no good tires

Do not go here I purchased brand new tires from here and I don’t know what they did wrong the tires never held air properly and went to waste we had to purchase new tires all over again the alignment was not done properly as well. They will sell you whatever just to get your money.

I read the reviews and was a little worried coming here, but I got a good tire for a good price I did not have to wait they showed me the options I had and I didn’t pay much at all. The only problem for me was I did not speak Spanish so I had to have my mother translate for me, but that wasn’t an issue (I just need to learn to communicate with everyone in my community) They were so nice to me I will definitely go back when I need another tire. I had zero issues and no wait, they even offer car washing and detailing and when I pulled up 3 people were deep cleaning a vehicle they were really nice helped me find my way to the tire change area.

I would have gave them no star's because there was a black man waiting to get his tire fixed, and they just kept letting him get skip by Mexican's .. I asked him has he been helped he said no , and that just kept waking by him not saying anything, that made me feel bad so I just went somewhere else and when I left, I promised myself that I would never go there again!

This place should be closed. one saturday afternoon my wife was driving on the 969, 3 minutes before arriving at this place. My wife got a flat tire on her car. immediately my wife walked into this place to have her tire repaired. after one of the workers removed the wheel from her car, a different person came out, telling my wife that the Tire was full of balls and could not be repaired. she asked if they had a used tire, they told her no, just new. A customer who was waiting there told my wife, that her tire looks new, and yes, I changed the tires in February of this year 2023 while I was in Houston. My wife spoke to me explained the situation, I told her to put the spare tire on, they charged her $10, which was fair to me, but what was not fair to me is that my wife’s was bringing my six-month-old granddaughter and waiting in the heat. they did not want to repair the tire, of course, as always, trying to take vantage of a woman, this is normal in mechanic shops and now in the tire shops. the next day I went to Lamar Boulevard to Mario's tire shop, I told them to check my tire if it could be repaired and if it was still in good condition. the tire was repaired and put back on my wife's car without any problem. it is clear that in this place they care about their well-being, but not that of their customers. message to the owner, look who you have working, or you will run out of customers, unless they are trained to do otherwise

DONT GO HERE !!I had both my front tires replaced with used ones they sold me .They then installed it , same day had to go air up the tires they had just put on . The NEXT DAY the driver side tire goes FLAT so I had to use my spare. Later that same evening the passenger has a BLOWOUT . THEIR TIRES DIDNT EVEN LAST 48 HOURS . When I told them how both of the tires they installed went flat and endangered my safety they basically said there's nothing they can do .DO NOT RECOMMEND A WASTE OF MONEY !! Image is one of the tires from them next day !!

Have been coming here for years, and so disappointing to see how much has changed. They damaged my car today and take 0 accountability. I spoke with management and she had nothing to offer me. Avoid this place. Bastante tiempo viniendo a apoyar este negocio ya que es un lugar local y de comunidad hispana , pero nunca más. Hicieron daños a mi carro y no corresponden. La patrona que está al cargo no tiene nada que ofrecerme para corregir el daño o hacerse responsable. Eviten este lugar a todo costo.

I go here because of the space they have and I’m always pulling a 32ft trailer but it wasn’t for that I wouldn’t stop here at all. I came by one evening because my tire was low and decided to repair it so it would be ready in the morning and the first thing in the morning I notice the tire I took to “repair” was still flat. When I went back to repair again they forgot to put the Jack down. They clearly don’t know what they’re doing.

My gf went in as an emergency to get a flat fixed at this location. The scumbags that removed her tire also removed the TPS sensor, and attempted to replace her tire with a used one with little to no tread. Ironically, they told her they had the exact sensor she needed to have her problem fixed for $50 . Had my gf not checked that the tire placed on her car matched or called me for help, they would have scammed her with a used one. Garbage ethics and terrible business. I would not recommend this business to anyone, listen to the reviews before trusting these crooks with your car
