Had them inspect a vehicle I was looking at to purchase. They did a through job inspecting all the mechanicals parts and printed me out a sheet with everything including a quote to repair. They also sent me pictures of parts in question. Will use them again

I'm going to try and make this short. I just want to say Alex is great. He was very uofront me . I found this place on Google after going to 4 other shops who all were horrible. I was skeptical at first, i will admit that and i told alex that. It's hard to find a good shop with good customer service who is not trying to take advantage of you. My dodge ram needed an engine, yes it was a bit expensive, but it needed to get done, Alex found me a good used engine with low miles with a warranty. Im happy with the results(7k to be exact). I came back because after the job was done the engine light came on, they immediately got the problem fixed and didn't try to charge me for something i had already paid for. I haven't had any issues. Its been since December 2024. Most importantly I love that they have affirm for payment,not many shops have that. Mike the owner is actually a nice owner, some owners are rude and arrogant

Mike and all the working employees of Edgewood Services and Tires were the nicest group of people I have ever met. I was kept updated on how the work was going on with my vehicle. I was so impressed with my car when I got it back l had to call and let them know. I will changing to them for any of my car repairs. I really feel they are blessed! Thank you so much for caring. Everyone is always concerned about how I like their service and they listen and explain to me exactly what is going on and again keep me updated on their progress. Had a fantastic experience at this Edgewood Service and Tires location. Very friendly staff, moved my car in for service as soon as I checked in, was open about cost and what it entails, and got in and out with multiple services to my vehicle right under their estimated time. Would absolutely recommend!

Ive had bad experiences at other shops but these guy's are pretty good. They seem honest, i fact check em and there's no discrepancy. They took care of me on engine replacement, they got it done and for a fair reasonable price. They used good parts and I got a legitimate warranty and so fare they've backed the work. They're a little bit farther for me but its the only shop I'll go to for any repairs these days

By far the best experience I have had when serving my car. They resolved the issue the same day, knowledgeable team, experienced team, provided me with the best quote, gave a car so I can go pick up my daughters from school and in a very friendly atmosphere. Got my 22 ram alignment done here, price was around 125 I thought it was reasonable and fair for quality of work. There were some other shop that were a little bit cheaper on OBT but my vehicles alignment was always slightly off from them. So I'm really happy with the quality of service that I receive.

I called Alex on Tuesday morning after I hit and run accident on Monday night. Went over to see him at the shop and it was a long weekend and I had plans to go to Miami so I resumed seeing him on Monday morning and he was great. The entire establishment it's great they're very friendly they're very caring they're very informative. Alex explained everything that they were going to do to my car to make sure that it was driving right and I actually waited for my vehicle because he was very prompt to get me in with one of his mechanics. He understood that I had to do the mechanics aspect of the damage before I can do the body shop work and he was very patient very kind. Not only with me but with others that were there waiting for their vehicles also. Upon check out I struck up a conversation with a gentleman and his wife I believe he was the owner great people beautiful people. I noticed a couple of holy crosses and some sayings in the backgrounds in the office and I said yes these people are great people not because of their religion but because they're understanding of the community. Thanks again Alex you're the best. If I could give you 10 Stars I would. I'll be in to see you soon in regard to the other things I want you to fix for me. Blessings Alba

Brought in to diagnose why my 99 Lexus lx470 was bouncing like a pogo stick. Jorge took it out and immediately knew the actuators were bad. They ordered the parts and installed. What a difference!!! Mike, Alex and Jorge are honest hard working gentlemen. I would not hesitate to recommend to my friends and family. Thanks guys!!!

Had a coolant leak came here the morning of the hurricane when everybody else was closed . This place was open my first time here and they fixed my car for 3000$ cheaper than the car place I had been taking my car for 2 years quoted me . Definitely will be coming back here to get the rest of my car fixed up and to top it off it didn’t even take that long for them to fix it . Got me right in and right out

Wow this place is better than anywhere else. Professional, thorough with inspection. Honest and trustworthy. 10/10 would come back for any other car mishaps in the future.
