Mechanic showed me what was going on as my car was suspended and what he recommended as next steps. within a couple hours I was on my way back on the road. Best to do cash to avoid the 4% fee.

This place is top tier. I went to get my underbody fixed after being in an accident and not only did he fix my underbody, he fixed my bumper and my fender. Shout out to Max.

Impressed with their quick work. I’ve been to this place a few days ago to replace tires and engine oil for my Nissan Altima 2015. The staff was very friendly and finished the work within 20 minutes. The Manager was very cool and friendly. I recommend this place to all my friends and family.

This place is trash, they clearly have workers on drugs working here. I went in and seen the same person I was parked next to was in his car smoking marijuana, not alone go into the place and he wreaked off of it so bad. Like come on. How does anyone expect their cars to come out fixed when the workers are high.

Best in Bridgeport. I had an issue with my CVT transmission, and although the diagnostic codes indicated a sensor change, many local and transmission mechanics advised me to go to the original dealer for repairs, which was costly. Some even suggested selling my car. Feeling hopeless, I was ready to sell it, but these guys fixed my car at a reasonable price. They also checked and topped up other things as required. If you're looking for quality work, I highly recommend this place. Max is your go-to guy; he’ll be honest about your car's condition and do everything he can to fix it. Superb service and great people.

First off the services is fast they very consistent an reasonable but my man ED man he didn’t give up on me like my car was his LoL Man I was trying pass the emissions test failed multiple times but my man ED did the unbelievable I dropped my car off went back to work picked it up after work he fixed my problem he had sent his worker to drive to the emissions place passed my test an didn’t over charge me GOD IS AMAZING UNCLE ED IS THE TRUTH 🤞🏽🫱🏽‍🫲🏼

Never again. I had my car towed in, they told me the diagnosis and price to fix it over the phone and instantly got an attitude and started talking tough about what I was going to do with it because they can't just be holding on to cars, they got a lot of other cars to work on and they needed half up front. I told them to start on it and sent the money. The guy on the phone said it would be done that Saturday, I didn't hear from them till I called the next Tuesday. They said they're working on it, they'll call me with updates. They had my car for almost 4 weeks and never called with updates, I had to always call them. I finally told them I absolutely needed my car by the end of that next week because I was moving. They said it was ready 2 days later but that it needed more work that they hadn't quoted me on. I said ok and they had it ready the next day. I went and tried to pay the rest of the balance. The guy at the desk gives me the full total, says his father and brother are a pain because they don't write anything down so he had to call and verify that I paid the first half upfront. The one on the phone said I hadn't paid the first 1200, luckily I had the proof on my phone that I did, smh. After I paid the balance that totaled past $3200 I drove it for a day before the electrical problems light comes on. They came n got it, kept it a couple more days then told me it was ready again. Drove it for another day and a half, check engine light comes on. I take it back, they keep it another day, gave it back. Another day and a half, check engine light is back. They tried to convince me that it was something else that they didn't work on that's going wrong now whenever I drive off or that it's just sensors. They complained that somebody else that worked on it before them didn't know what they were doing and i reminded them that they inspected the car before agreeing to fix it and quoting me. After $2400 in electrical and engine work I still can't drive my car and they have serious attitudes and excuses when I try to send it back. The last time I went to pick it up they had it parked on the street unlocked. At this point I'm not comfortable with them working on it anymore and I've wasted a lot of money and time.

Great guys overall. Did a good job of replacing my car’s control arm at a reasonable price. They will work with you without trying to scam you or anything like that.

I never write reviews but had to after this. Was quoted one price to replace my tires over the phone then when they were done with the work they quietly increased the price and stated you have a nice car just pay the difference. Said they would take the tires off and I agreed because they unchanged for no reason. Then the owner dropped the price while yelling and tried to be petty by stating ill only take the original price if you pay in cash. Would not recommend ND would not go back.

I love Ed’s auto. Center. I have an older car with low mileage. They have fixed my brakes, hub bearing, and other parts. I’ve never had to wait too long. The prices are affordable. Very good customer Svc.

This place is fantastic!! The customer service is on point and everyone was super nice and professional. My tire pressure was low due to the insane negative temperatures so I stopped by to get them filled. The guys filled my tires and put new caps on so it’s easier to fill during cold temps. They didn’t charge me and they were quick and professional! I already referred them to my neighbor and I will be coming back with any car repairs/issues/maintenance. Thanks everyone!

I’ve had nothing but a great experience taking my car to get serviced at Ed’s. So much so that I referred my mom to take her cars to Ed’s.. that’s how confident I feel about their level of service. My mom also had a great experience. From having my transmission fixed to suspension work and other repairs. They are Friendly, Knowledgeable experienced mechanics, Fast and fairly priced. I will keep taking my cars to Ed’s Auto Center.

I took my 2001 Buick century to get the emission system look at because i have a code for the evaporator canister. So mind you the car is old i realize that but money isn’t the problem . The mechanic flat out told me that he’s not working on the car because it’s too old and there’s nothing he can do. This is the Midwest every car is gonna be rusty after a certain amount of years. But that’s not an excuse to pick and choose which cars to work on.

My Honda Odyssey was not shifting into 2nd properly, took it to these guys and after some testing they quoted me a decent price to rebuild the transmission. Had my van back in less than a week. I do not feel taken advantage of, and have much respect for their technicians. One tech, Junior was very helpful and open to answering my questions. Would definitely recommend. A+ Service in my opinion.

Was referred to this place by a friend. Asked for my transmission to be checked, due to hard jerking, left car was told it needed a tune up. Got the tune up and actuator fix, a month later trans went out. Called them up, told me to bring it back in, I told them for a $1100.00 bucks what I asked for you all to look at should of been looked over. Im not paying for a transmission from this business. I just decided to go to a transmission specialist instead. Actuator still works good a year later. Thanks for that
