*******. Please read before going here!******* I have been several times to Ed’s tires because they have good prices on their tires. I will not go again after this last experience Friday. They put my new tires on and the very next morning my son in law (certified mechanic) and husband went to replace the front brakes. Front drivers side was no problem. They went to do the passenger side and the tire would not come off. Ed’s tires had stripped out the studs that the lug nuts went on and they would not come off. So they took it back up there. The worker got the key off of that tire and couldn’t get the others. They said to bring it back Monday morning and they would replace the studs. Monday morning i am driving to work and hear a loud banging noise. All the lug nuts were loose on the tire they worked on - it is a miracle my tire didn’t come off!!! My husband came and manually tightened them and we brought the car back as agreed. We were then met with we don’t do that here and it is just your word against ours. Are you kidding me? So we took it across the street to the repair shop because we didn’t want to drive it much further like that. Those guys were very nice and helpful! There were 3 studs stripped out that had to be broken off to fix! Not 1 - 3!!!!! To the tune of $150. So not a good deal on the tires after having to pay for a repair that they caused. But more importantly we could have been seriously injured if that tire had come off.

I would give them a zero if possible. The owner are worker have a nasty attitude. On several occasions I’ve stopped to get service and it was awful!!! I will never go there again.

Horrible service. Drove out 30 minutes because I purchased tires WITH warranty only for them to tell me it’s not valid because of new owners. The staff was very rude too so save yourself the money

So we first went to Walmart. They couldn't get the lugs off to change the tires. Now let's talk about how great the employees were here. Quick, efficient, honest. They rotated our tires and gave us 2 new tires for a great price. We are very happy with the work! Thanks guys!

Tall heavy-set guy is very rude. I even called and asked to speak with the owner after being mistreated the individual that answered hung up in my face. He walked away from me many times while I was asking questions about getting a rim replaced. He treats women totally different then he would treat a man. I as well as my spouse spend lots of money with them but from this day forward, we will take our business elsewhere.
