Brought my sister's car here to fix the AC he charged me $500 and claimed to patch some holes and put freeon in, 3 weeks later it was blowing hot air again. Bring it back in and says it's something totally different that he would need another $900. My other car I brought here had some issues that he fixed, 2 months later it's doing the same thing. All he does is put bandaids on your mechanical issues just to say he fixed it that day, meanwhile the main problem isn't fixed. Total scam artist, he's a fast talker too. Will toot your horn so to speak just to gain your trust. Beware

NEVER AGAIN! Took my boyfriend’s Nissan in for transmission malfunctions and he charged me $4007.00 on 7/25/24. Eduardo rushed me for the money and NO WORK was being done on the car. I gave him $3500.00. He called and said the car was ready a few weeks later, and the car still had the same problem. Brought the car back to his shop the next day and he said that a broken transmission was put in the car….. if it was broken, why was it put in the car in the first place?? Why was this overlooked?? I could’ve gotten into an accident. He was talking over me, not listening to my frustration and had a misogynistic attitude towards me throughout the whole ordeal. He took the car to Nissan at his own will and Nissan told me that the warranty for the transmission was approved and that Eduardo would put it back in. He did very little to communicate with me about the car like I wasn’t calling his phone everyday about the car and he would barely answer. I went to the shop on 9/27/24 (he had the car for 2 months at this time) and the car had no tires on it and the engine was not in it. He constantly blamed Nissan but how is it Nissans fault if I paid YOU to do the job?? I told him that the car needed to be ready by Saturday or that I was going to contact the bureau. I went back on Saturday with my boyfriend and his attitude was different. The car was done. He explained things about the car to my boyfriend that I had been asking but never got an answer for. He did not test drive the car before giving it to us. I walked into his office respectfully to discuss a refund (I would let him keep $1200 for labor and needed a refund for the rest due to poor service and no communication) and his words were, “don’t get smart”. I should not have to pay you the full $4007 if the part is under warranty. My boyfriend came back to the shop to reason with him and he kept talking over him. Eduardo then said he wanted to take it to court…… which I have no problem doing. This shop is a scam! He will waste your time and money over mediocre fixes (bandaid work). He will sweet talk you and screw you over in the end. Check out other shops before wasting your money here. ITS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE OR TIME!

Don't take your car to this place. I took my truck there because the A/C was not working ok. I didn't know if it needed freon or filter change or something else. The free estimates sign that he has posted in the pictures is a LIE. He also lies about the wait time. Eduardo told me he could check my car like in 10 minutes after finishing another car. I ended up waiting more than 2 hours before he looked at my car. Less than 10 minutes later, he told me that he put freon and that I owed him $80. He also said the truck had a freon leak but he said the freon he put will last about 6 months. I've been told that my home A/C had a freon leak & the freon lasted up to a year so, I trusted that he checked the size of the leak & I thought it was going to be ok for a few months. He didn't give me a receipt and I forgot to asking for it. I left to drop off my mom at her house because we had been waiting a long time. An hour later, I got in the truck again to go pick up my daughter from school and the A/C freon wasn't working anymore. When I went back to let Eduardo know, he just said that the leak was big & I had to replace the evaporator & if I wanted to fix it, I haf to pay him $1,100. When I told him what he said about the freon lasting six months, he said that he was giving an example that he can't estimate the time the leak was going to last. I told him that if he had really checked the truck, he would've known the size of the leak. Then he said he didn't know my truck because he hasn't worked on Ford trucks before. Then he said that he charges $145 for a diagnostic of the cars so his estimates are not free as he has posted on his business profile pictures. He said that his job was no to give me a diagnostic but just to put on the freon. How is he going to put on freon if that's not the problem of the car? - that was idiotic of him to put freon if he knew there was a leak and worse that he didn't checked it. If he would've told me since the beginning that he doesn't know how to work on Ford trucks then I would've gone somewhere else instead to someone who knows to work on Ford trucks. I lost the $80 that I much needed. I feel that he wasn't honest & that he ripped off, therefore, I don't recommend him to anyone.

Eduardo has been my mechanic over 20 years. He's taken care of the various vehicles that I've owned. He is knowledgeable about all makes and models. He is honest and fair with pricing. His staff is respectful and hardworking. You may have to wait sometimes, as his shop gets very busy. That's because he does great work! *Tip the staff! They deserve it!

So, my family and I have had countless services and auto-repair jobs done by Eduardo and his staff over the years. Close to 5 year, maybe even longer. The only reason I am writing this review and giving 3/5 stars is to CLARIFY the type of work you will get done, how Eduardo works, and what you can expect out of getting your car fixed with Eduardo's shop. First, I have found it EXTREMELY rare that Eduardo calls us and tells us what is wrong with the car, gives us a quote, and asks us if we want to proceed with the fix. More often than not, we get a call telling us the car is ready for pick up, what was wrong, what he did, and how much it will cost. Secondly, a lot of times the shop is packed to the brim and it could potentially take a while to get in for work unless it's something major and time-sensitive. Now, in conclusion, if these things are fine with you, then I can openly say that Eduardo will get your car fixed and you will be charged fairly for the work done. This is not a shop that will fix a problem to an excellent standard of quality and charge for that, they will fix the problem to an average standard and charge below average rate most times for the work. It is a give-and-take at this shop and it is something that you will either (a) be okay with or (b) won't. IF you want things done a certain way, I would recommend discussing that with Eduardo and getting a quote ahead of time for the standard you are asking for. I am sure Eduardo will accommodate your requests and make sure you're satisfied with the outcome.

Bring it to him He will give you a fair quote and can save you hundreds of dollars by not going some where else.. now like any great business He always.busy with work..so you have to be patient. He put a transsmission on my car for me and my car is.running.great...

Eduardo is very knowledgeable, honest and charges a fair price for services. I have been ripped off by other mechanics before, and I trust him with my car. You may need to wait a while, because they are usually very busy, but it is worth it.

Service over and above customer exoectation! Edwardo is the only one who speaks english, but everyone is friendly and knowledgable in many aspects of auto repair. They work six days a week and very long days. Highly recomended!
